发帖数: 998 | 4 我简历上实话实说没有编造任何东西，他们也要我过去面试了。要面sql server有关的东西(要求懂relational database,有experience的：stored procedures,triggers, reporting services ssis什么的)。我很久前国内学过database,再没有相关课程或project.
我现在的水平是 sql 基本的可以直接写出来，很复杂的比如写triggers就得查查语法，一次写不出来。上面提到的sql server的东西，都知道是什么(看过教程和video)，但是从来没直接project接触过。我的知识都是纸上谈兵，
这个position做的东西看上去很基本的，我觉得上手很快的。希望说服对方我能够做。可是我想面试人家上来一句：说说你database和sql server的experience吧。我不能说上了课，其他的自学，然后就没有了吧。难道我需要把我知道的东西跟人家说一遍或者说你出问题考考吧？感觉怪怪的阿。不知道怎么过渡一下啊。 |

发信说有公司要找您聊聊。然后周一，对方发了email给老板，老板一一回答了project
manager的问题，比如公司问这个人如果转到这个方向容易吗？是不是problem solver
啊等等7、8个类似的问题。老板把他得这封回信也发给我了，业务、个人能力都说的很
好。但是最后总结的是我的口语不流利，举例说我开会时，重要的话需要强调给我说，
以防止我误解或者没明白。但是说我读和写都很好。
我困惑的是公司会要一个口语不行的人吗？另外，就算我口语差点，为什么老板提这个
呢？就好像说这个人能力超一流，但是说火星语的。 |

个project和工作更相关，相关度差不多的情况下，集中精力讲清楚自己最熟悉的我觉
得就够了。这个其实是考察你communication的能力，我觉得对整个presentation的把
握比具体做了什么更重要。细节完全可以一对一面试的时候问，大多数去听talk的人不
关心的。 |

1）java是用什么IDE啊？我看有人用C++的说没有IDE，只有java，python有ide。那写c
++的gnu make总有吧，自己写makefile编译么？
2) 这种coding project考察标准是啥啊？注释？变量命名？是不是类都是给好的，只
要自己写接口和方法啊？
我半路出家学的的cs，今年暑假毕业，看到一些公司已经hiring freeze了，如ms，所

电面也好，onsite也好，经常会被问到“Tell me sth about this project”之类的问
题。我一般是答先一两句话讲下这个project是干什么的，然后说我用XX技术/语言/框
架完成了XX功能（如此列举若干），但是这样感觉答得过于笼统，比简历上写的也多不
了什么东西，相当于把简历上的东西重复了一遍。有两次觉得应该多说点细节，就把程
序里面的逻辑/算法说了说，结果感觉对方没有跟上，也没什么回应。
所以目前对这个感到很困惑，想看看大家一般都怎么组织这种问题的回答。 |

，不知道是该刷题还是该做project。 之前对Java的一些web 框架感兴趣，研究了下
spring的源码，特别喜欢里面的一些design pattern，自己捣鼓了一个小项目，不过也
是半吊子。后来看大家都刷题，也跑来刷题，基础差刷的慢，之前的那些框架啥的就放
下了。听说大公司看重算法，小公司看重经验，楼主也知道自己水平够不上那些高大上
的公司，只想找个差不多的工作就行，所以现在很迷茫，不知道该把剩下的时间放在刷

发帖数: 472 | 28 刷题的话把一些常用的算法和数据结构搞熟，能在有一定思路的情况下就开始白板写
code就行了。没有必要把所有的时间都花在刷题上，关键的是把题目背后所用到的知识
点掌握深刻。leetcode在我看来各种题型都做一下，认真写个三分之一，剩下的看看别
人解的思路就行了。Leetcode里面很难的题目大部分公司都不会考的，因为在这么短时
间内写好不太现实，除非你事先练过。但是公司面试大都希望你没有事先见过这题目，
目的是考你的分析解决问题的能力，数据结构和算法的掌握和实际写代码的能力。所以
吃透基础是重点，这样如果一下子想不出来，人家给你点提示你能follow。
个人觉得如果能做点派上实际用处的project会很有用，看看能不能找个volunteer的活
，做两个实用的project。 |

J2EE没有经验， 也不知道该学三大框架struts/Hibernate/Spring 还是学些新的
alternative比如新的Jersey JAX-RS之类的（我一同学在公司就用jersey不用spring了
）。总之感觉J2EE包含太多东西，不知道哪些是现在job market需要的，哪些可能已经
outdated了。
