sometimes you can get a 120 projector on ebay for < 100$,
but the mounts are too expensive: 0.5$/frame for glassless, and 2$/frame for
glass ones.
any ideas on how to find a cheap source for 6x6 mounts? |

低成本的教学场合。商业上用的是Slide projector，slide是35mm彩色反转片做的，制
作精美，除了没有动画，不亚于现在的ppt，Slide projector也是自动换片自动播放的
，特别是彩色图片的色彩效果比现在电脑投影机要好，所以现在仍然有人用反转片拍风
光照。以前Slide projector美国家庭中也很普及，主要用于聚会的时候欣赏家庭照片
什么的。美国家庭以前还普及过8mm胶片电影摄影机和电影播放机，后来被磁带/硬盘/
flash摄像机和投影机取代了。
slide这东西在中国大多数人还没有机会见过，就被电脑投影机淘汰了。所以中国普通
人对slide没印象，单位没用过，家里更没用过。 |

。没有projector的车灯，是那种抛物线反射式的，上了HID是把会blind对面的车，所
以这样的车上 HID就得上projector.

固定都要问，肯定没改projector。
anyway，就算改了projector也还是没有self leveling，在起伏比较大的地方开难免不

学校有一个很小的internal funding，专门给AP的，钱不多，$600
我是做imaging的，所以觉得有一个小的projector在office,lab和出差做demo方便
因为图像和video最有说服力
然后我给学校写了个一页的proposal，申请买个$600的projector
学校批了，说是要系里match一半
然后我把学校批准的信forward给系主任，说我想要这个projector
没想到系主任找到我办公室，第一句话就是问：你为什么要买这个projector
是不是family use，拿回家？
我ft，当时我有点结巴，都没想到他这么问
我就跟他解释，我希望这是系里的property，可以有专人看管，我来申请这个小钱，只
要我随时能借到就行，最好放在我的实验室
系主任说系里有个大的，院里还有几个，你别买了
我也同意了
不过一开始就问我是不是family use,让我很郁闷
我把我的proposal也发给他了啊，里面说的很清楚是什么用途

the projector will not be able to handle 3d signals directly from, say a 3d
blu ray from a blu ray player.
it needs digital processing.
the projector is "3d-ready" and not a "3d" projector (like an optoma hd 33
is).
therefor it needs either a computer which can convert the 3d signals and
send it appropriately to the projector or needs a converter box like the

都是用HDMI连的。但是不知道什么原因，间歇性的（每两三分钟一次），投影仪显示
HDMI信号丢失，然后就是黑屏，重新搜索信号，找到信号，总共3-5秒的时间图像就回
来了，期间声音一直没有丢。
我试过换不同的HDMI线（长的短的，有牌子没牌子的），结果基本上一样，都会丢失信号
我直接链接小米盒子和projector，就不会丢失信号
我怀疑是receiver的问题，因为是新的，就要求replace了一个，结果还是如此。
我想是不是有什么设置的地方我没有弄对，还是这个receiver就是和projector不兼容
呢？reciever是比较老款的，projector算比较新款的。

起来太麻烦。就算是wirelss版本，也要装一个epson的app感觉很鸡肋。
貌似放了projector以后projector和屏幕之间的的空间就废掉了 - 走路都得小心翼翼
的，也不知道孩子不小心看到projector光源会不会伤眼睛。
不知道大家看这种科技的趋势是什么，有没有什么和apple device无线pair的比较好的
图像质量比较高的projector推荐。 |

Also which IMAX projector did you have?
As far as I know, Imax have 4 kinds of 70 mm film projector: GT (Grand
Theatre), GT 3D (dual rotor), SR (Small Rotor), and MPX.
Sorry I assume you don't have the budget to get the newer digital projector
made by christie for IMAX.
The older project can weigh nearly 2 ton, how did you move it into your
basement?
You are using the 1.44 : 1 ratio screen for your IMAX, so exactly how high
is your ceiling in basement?

best recent deal on this product was $50 in April. Ebay has "Seller
Refurbished" for $89.99 which is the cheapest BIN price on eBay for this
product. I desperately need this for my projector so despite the mixed
reviews, I will give this a try seeing that cowboom has a good return policy
if it does not function properly.

一般是专门为HID头灯准备的
civic的aftermarket选择比较多，一对projector灯罩配bixenon的HID大概800就能下来
如果你懒得话得去店里装，labor大约要150或者更多
效果非常好，注意，HID灯没有projector是非法的
如果你舍不得花钱，有如下选择，一是买一对新的aftermarket灯罩，有些aftermarket
的reflector比原厂的要好一些。这些灯罩也要200左右。如果你用那个打磨的kit，如
果你没有电钻的话还得买个钻，有时候还得买一根非常长的cord从家里接出来电，效果
我觉得还是不错的，就是费劲点。另外灯泡可以选择philips或者sylvania的亮一点的
。换灯泡原则上不难，你可以先不用读手册，直接上车里看看去，一般来说只要拆下一
两个部件就可以把灯泡拔出来。比如我的车需要把coolant reservior和电池挪开。
civic的灯可能是9006/hb4的。
如果这些还不满足的话，可以试着把近光调高一些，有时候这样也能带来很好的效果。

发帖数: 9999 | 28 最简单的DIY了，比上次给passat换灯泡还容易，因为prius的车灯比passat的容易
access得多。具体步骤不多说了，在youtube上有非常详细的录像，

唯一需要的工具就是一把10mm套筒扳手。相对于youtube上的录像，我的12年的prius更
简单些，因为coolant的罐子只要拆两个螺丝就可以拿下来。当然网上也有手小的牛人
不拆也装上了。
我的HID kit是从xenonsupply.com买的，他家的是比较贵的，最便宜的，也是最常见到
的是DDM的hid kit，一套两个ballasts, 两个灯泡才40刀，我买的是slim can-bus
ballasts + capacitor + 2 xenon bulbs一共一百多点，灯泡号称是飞利浦的，但拿到
后发现根本无迹可寻因为灯泡上没有任何字样。从他们家买的最主要的原因是因为他家
提供5年warranty，号称坏了的话不用把东西寄回去，提供一张把坏了的产品销毁的照
片他们就把新的给寄来了。

当然上有政策下有对策，如果你肯花钱，把projector换成HID projector，那和官方的
效果其实没区别。
价格的话一套要300这样，自己搞labor免费，找店里一般500到700的labor，因为很麻
烦，要搞起码7个小时。
theretrofitsource.com 有这种kit卖，记得要买带projector的。这种的话条子也不会

The speakers are out of proportions of your total budget. Even you don't
care too much about the audio quality, you can still tell a difference
between a decent setup and some cheap in-a-box systems.
With $4K, I would put $1600 on projector + screen, $1900 on speakers +
subwoofer, and $500 on a receiver. YMMV.

我现在想把一个blue ray paler的图像通过一个 projector放出来，声音通过这个
onkyo receiver 做成5.1 surrounding 。
我的问题是要达到上面的目的， 是 blue ray play通过HMDI接到receiver上面的HDMI
input,之后receiver HDMI的out put接到 projector上面就搞定图像了么？试了之后
发现没有图像从projector里面出来。 Blue ray player 通过HDMI直接接projecto就没
问题。
我开始的的理解是声音会自动通过receiver 从speaker里面出来了。结果今天这么接了
一下发现不行。没有声音。
说明书上关于HDMI in and out说的很模糊。
请版上高手给解惑。多谢 |

你先把屏幕固定好， 然后用PROJECTOR CALCULATOR算好PROJECTOR的位置就可以了，
走线看你的想法， 就这个层次的PROJECTOR挖开DRYWALL不值， 你可以用无线或者直接
走明线。 |

has to be processed and approved before submitting. However, I was told just
take screenshots showing proof of date of sale. They started the paperwork
for it.
I bought:
1) projector: $800
2) Sony extra bass headphones: $200
3) filler cable: $5

很小的时候根本不会看天花板上的东西。还是看那些小熊什么的更happy。大了会站起
来了，自己就一直摸那个发光点。但是我一直很害怕他会凑过去看那个小孔，怕弄伤眼
睛，所以一般情况下我也不开projector.
不过作为一般的projector也不错。我娃也挺喜欢的。一岁了还在用。

今天之所以急着弄台 Projector, 还一个原因是我现在在装修地下室，Frame 做好了，
要牵线上 Dry Wall 了，弄台 Projector 照着知道 Projector 放那里比较合适，
Frame 该加固的加固，线该走的走好，不用以后返工了。呵呵。 |

imax 3D屏幕大点 但其实没大多少
IMAX 3D用两个projector是为了增加亮度和line doubling。
它用的是两个2K的projector。
AMC Mercado 20里的realD 3D用的是最新的SONY 4K projector。
看参数的话一个顶IMAX的两个还要好。 |
