口语考试了， 整个考场都是五羊五羊的。 旁边的老兄声儿还特别的大。 我听他说，
my wife is lay yi, why she's lay-yi? be car ze she's not tidi. 唉， 哥本来还
想好好检查一下， 实在坚持不下去了， 100分钟就出来了。 估计没有过， 就写了
complain letter， 要求重考， 上个星期告诉我可以重考，也约了下个月在DC的考试
， 今天收到Microsoft 的信， 过了。
按规定， 过了就不能在考了。 这会不会有问题？ 有没有要考的人？ 我看看能不能
换换名字
。
呵呵， 下一步看看能不能再要一个88-971 的考试券。

代过小孩，可我还是考不过。公司的人全部都是cpa除了我以外。有一次去prometric考
试，工作人员问我是不是第一次来？我说我都可以在这里工作了。如果你们招人，告诉
我一声。Becker的书都被我翻烂了，题也全部都记下来，还是考不过。我老公说我都可

和申请费. board对你的课程评估然后通过后会发你邮件,然后你就可以支付所选要考的
section的费用,几天过后就会收到nts,这样你就可以去www.prometric.com/cpa选择考
试日期了.
申请licence我还不清楚,我刚开始考试. |

批准，8月向Becker订购教材，同年8月到10月在休斯敦上了REG和FAR的辅导课，2008年
1月到2月在休斯敦上了BEC和AUD的辅导课。2008年8月因为原工作单位效益不好，只好
离职，专门在家复习CPA考试。2009年2月参加了REG和FAR，2009年7月参加了BEC，8月
参加了AUD的考试，前三门顺利通过，但是最后一门出现一些意外情况，没有通过，本
人于2009年10月重新参加考试，也通过了。本文是本人的一些经验总结。
AICPA考试主要在评鉴应试者的专业能力和适任性来执行会计专业，因此考试内容及范
围非常广泛，包括一般会计原则、管理及成本会计、政府会计、审计准则、商事法及联
邦所得税原则的了解和应用等。根据研究发现，现在的会计师除了需求专业技术的知识
以外，也同时应具备(1) 沟通能力、(2)理解能力、(3)研究能力、(4)组织和分析信息
能力 、(5)决策判断能力。

我都有点怀疑系统出问题了，要是我考的由于prometric的原因不算了怎么办。。

都会显示不available，我想在10/6之前LZ都无法改期到11月份了，还是等到这个NTS过

Hurricane Irene. Called Prometric 1-800 number to reschedule, but the very
long waiting time and waiting and waiting, could not reach them. Are there

evaluate credentials是不用重做，但要重新交考试费。
我印象中，payment processed date是你付NASBA coupon的日期。如果你觉得时间不够
，把付nasba的钱最大限度完后推。你付了钱后，拿到NTS，好像还可有6月的时间去
schedule & take test。
