给你一个例子
我3月底把旧车卖了，因为买车的人需要修muffler，通过inspction才能register。我
就同意他先用我几天我的车牌。2周后他email说周末就归还我的plate，然后就没信了
。现在都2个月了，我给他写信，也不回复我。前不久收到了4月份闯红灯的ticket，
75
块。我现在也联系不上这个买车的。今天给DMV打电话，才得知我title还在我名字下面
，他根本没转title。
我现在应该怎么办？我今天已经cancel我的plate了，但是以前的罚单，只能我来付吗
？不付的后果怎么样？或者我可以提供他３月就买走我车的证据，这样我就不负责罚单
了？很烦心，当时好心结果他用，结果却惹了麻烦。当初卖车也没留一个title
transfer 复印件,都是教训。以后大家卖车，别像我似的。
如果你要在加州还要确认你的车可以过smog check，不然买方即便想过户也过不了。
还有一些仁兄也是建议说
-如果可能，或者最好和买家一起DMV transfer。
很重要的是收现金，一起去银行，直接让买家存进你的银行账户。感觉最近其他方式都

address
proof of name好像只能是驾照，当时我没有驾照，但是ssn好像也能做proof of name

第一个像虫子一样的，是Kiel proof house的徽记；
第二个俗称Eagle over N，就是所谓的German Proof Mark，Sig，HK，Walther都有，
但HK和Walther用Ulm Proof House，徽记是Stag Horn，见图二；
第三个就是Date Code，图一标的很清楚，如果是1993年生产的，Date Code 就是KD。
Proof House是官方机构，一般派员到厂家试射武器，通过就打上Eagle over N。
所有德产原装的枪，都会有Eagle over N，如果没有，一定是组装枪。

APE有三种版本，bullion, uncirculated, proof
Platinum Eagle Proof 每年都有不同的图案，有点像我们的熊猫，有了变化，收藏的
积极性就高了。
Bullion版本的图案则每年不变，都和1997年版保持一致、
Uncirculated 2006 年才开始发行，2009年很可能被取消。图案和proof相同，不过是
burnished，非镜面币。
Platinum Eagle 的发行量都不高。 对proof来说，2004年为key, 2005年semi-key,
2008至少也是semi-key，然后是1997首年较为珍贵，剩余年份价值一般。
下面这套是我刚拿到的12年收齐的1oz proof,
我估计 2004价值2500-3000， 2005价值2000， 2008价值2000，1997年价值1800，剩余
年份价值1600. （以上是我估计ebay上能够成交的价格）
（当然我是一手进一手出，过几天就不是自己的了，也就观摩几天，收藏是收藏不起。）

work进化来的。你不能因为一个demo 就觉得这个是全新的东西。你得看到本质的东西。
（1）proof of work是真正去中心化的东西。 但是代价太大。
（2）proof of stake其实是一个中心化的东西， 尽管这里的中心不是一个单个个体，
而是一群。这个东西其实是个分布式计算。这个东西其实有更有效的解决方式：就用
公钥让一群固定小圈子里的人来互相认证， 然后轮流说话(和更新数据)来得直接。
（3）区域块就是比特币搞起来的。 在比特币之前有区域块吗？ 因为比特币成功了，
所以人就想复制到别的应用。 结果发现玩不转。 就改头换面 来搞proof of stake。

。我也不说啥了，反正没想过走学术路线，关键是人家怕我质疑，说我写的proof他完

完整的employment 证明包括：
1. 雇主信
2. pay stubs
3. w2
uscis 还需要提供“proof of employment of your initial grant of OPT”,
请问这是第一次申请opt时的proof of employment还是申请optx时的proof of
employment？
第一次申请的时候并没有找到工作所以没有，挂靠了三个月才找到工作，后来也一直没
有失业。
