【侨报纽约网报道】大都会博物馆实行强制票价了！没关系，这里还有一份纽约最
全的博物馆(公园)免费参观指南。
据纽约时报报道，纽约大都会博物馆3月1日起实施强制门票规定，无法提供居住在
纽约州证明的游客将固定收取25美元门票费用。12岁以下儿童仍可免费参观；纽约州、
新泽西州和康州的学生持证件也仍按建议票价的方式购票，即可以按自己意愿随意支付
。三州以外的学生票价被定为12美元，老人票则为17美元。
此前，大都会博物馆自1870年开放以来，一直采取建议票价的方式，允许游客按意
愿随意支付，就是说你就算只花1美元也可以参观。
和华盛顿不同，纽约很多优秀的博物馆都不是免费开放的，虽然很多博物馆采取建
议票价的方式允许游客随意支付，但如果能大大方方的免费参观，总比心里七上八下怕
给多了吃亏给少了又没面子的好不是？

我下面具体讲讲这个问题吧。
金融里面有个puzzle叫做disposition effect
就是大部分小股民在股票一涨就急着卖掉，股票跌了不愿意卖。
这个是不合理的，因为两点，一是考虑税，应该反过来做，二是
卖掉的股票通常会继续涨，跌了的会继续跌。mean reversion要超出
通常的持有期才会发生。
这个一直被认为和prospect theory有关，这个theory讲人赚了钱就
厌恶风险，亏了就变得喜爱风险继续赌一把，所以就有disposition
这个理论拿了Nobel奖，（看着似乎不复杂，但衍生出来的理论很牛，
尤其是一个中国人在2001年做出巨大贡献，使得原提出者2002年拿了
Nobel）
这个想法流行了20年，但一直没有人真正去建模，直到06年被人严格
建模求解，发现是错的：
按照Prospect theory，人应该股票涨了留着，股票跌了赶紧卖
这个建模求解过程蛮复杂的，结论就是disposition和prospect无关。

我们上诉的客人。一般来说案子经过AAO的处理后，它们对于案子的结果都会有很仔细
的分析，但是有时AAO的分析, 你以为AAO会批准，可是360度转了一圈又回到原点的拒
绝。因为很多时候事务的描述是可以很两极的。往往你会发现AAO在这个案子说可以，
在别的案子里又不行。
以下是我们对于这几个上诉批准的分析：
1. 申请NIW是以申请人的资格为准，与申请人所做的项目没有太大的联系，但是申请人
所做的项目若是容易称得上能 Benefit U.S.，申请人的资格就比较容易解释其特殊的
地方。否则纯抽象的解释申请人的资格是很吃力的。
2. 申请人必须证明其工作结论有 “prospective” 的好处，但是 “prospective”
必须经过以过去的成就与纪录为准。否则 “prospective” 则变为纯粹 “臆测” (
speculative) 。言下之意，就是我们必须把申请人的过去成就拉长或变多。假设说申
请人刚做一个题目，那么申请人应该有为数不错的论文，如此就能拉长过去与 “
prospective” 的延 |

摘 要 文章试图对物理学的发展历史作一透视，从而理解其现状，并进而窥测其未
来的前景.我们希望这一看法对于当今从事物理学教学与科研的人士有所助益.由于物理
世界的层次化，诸层次之间既可能存在耦合，又可能出现脱耦.因而大量粒子所构成的
复杂体系中所涌现的各种层展性质就不能简单地还原成个别粒子所服从的规律.我们根
据这一观点并结合物理学的未来前景，讨论了当今物理学研究的若干前沿问题.一切迹
象预示着物理学将有光明的前景.
