but my limit setting was too low to get in. After seeing yesterday's run to
32, I setup the limit buy last night @ 27.xyz and found it was filled when
I came to the office. (later found out that the price was just 2 cents above
today's low)

1.如果某信托旗下A产品亏损，用B产品的钱去填空，这种做法是否违反了当初发行时
的investment proposal / prospectus？另外，在国内是否属于合法行为？
从B产品的投资人的角度，基金经理拿这笔钱投资别的underlying，是否意味着风险
必然上升？如果风险必然上升，投资人是否能得到相应的return（或者说beta
不降低）？如果仅仅是risk上升，但return没有相应增加，显然对B产品投资人不利。
既然这样，中间的信托肯定有责任，要贴自己的钱。既然要贴自己的钱，为什么
又用B池里面的钱？这里面是不是有信托公司的机会主义的成份在里面（不被发现
就没有人知道这事，一旦AB都亏了只能自己负责”
2.这个“资金池”应该不是教科书上的“资金池”的定义吧？
3.其实我觉得银行有没有责任，不能光从银行是否对
理财产品的portfolio之情来看。还有两个因素，一个是，渠道是从银行卖的，
老百姓看到是银行在卖，心里才更方心，更敢买，虽然银行的brochure上印着

畅到全身骨头痒，于是在几个老美的煽动之下，系里的几个闲人约好日子，跑去一个住
在树林里的老美同学家paintball party。
我的第一套paintball装备是在amazon上买的（ld给我的礼物），基本上是最最简单的
配置，semi-auto mechanical。拿到手的时候非常兴奋，在一个朋友家的后院试了几枪
，除了吵了点基本满意。直到party那天才知道，我错了，我真的错了。那几个口口声
声说just for fun, not serious player的老美基本都手持一套$500+的装备，开火的
时候好像机关枪。我看着手里的小手枪，心头油然升起了对当年拿着步枪抗美援朝的志
愿军战士的敬意。
装备不行，没有经验，第一次paintball的结果自然是被痛扁。paintball gun的射程有
限，想做sniper是很难的，基本策略是靠几个人之间的配合和火力压制。那把枪没用几
次后来就
被我在ebay上卖掉了，然后就开始了升级阿，折腾阿，打人阿，被打阿，一直到今天。
