computing in java? I don't mean big data thing, but JEE.
Solr/Hadoop is using zookeeper. So I guess Zookeeper is a good starting
point. I looked into it a bit, didn't catch much info.
If I have to do something similar, what other options I have other than
using zookeeper to keep my config files in sync? I can think of using JMS/MQ
. Somebody says a look in ZEROmq, but that is something like protocal, to

有一些结构化的电信数据，总的来说是两部分，一部分是topology的数据，各个site的
属性，地理位置等，在每个site内部有一些不同种类的components，每个component有
不同的接口，接口之间是link，总的来说就是一个graph。另一部分是在整个graph上
components，接口，link上的数据，根据现有的数据来做分析，预测。
业务流程就是先把数据都load到数据库，然后前端可以显示出来整个的graph，可以查
看各个site，component，protocal，link的属性，数据。再做一些简单的仿真之后，
可以查看比如六个月之后各个结点的数据。
一开始的数据量可能不大，GB级别的原始数据通过浏览器调用web service的API load
到数据库。
数据库和应用服务器可以先放在一台server上，然后用户应该也不多，大概就10个，通
过内网连接。

and what port if the demo is running. It is staticly the same every where.
If you want start a tcp/udp demo in UNIX system, you need find where is
your inetd(or other) start from. Add comsat demo in it and restart inetd
(killall -HUP inetd)
Differet UNIX os using different demo system,I can't tell you more before
I know you OS.

我们实验室刚刚开始做ChIP-seq，有一个学生做这个，说是揣摩了很久的protocol。
我plate了25million N2A cells给他，他还说Chromatin浓度不够。我吐血。。。因为
transfection看起来很好，细胞很健康。就算撑死细胞死了5million吧，那还有
20million活着呢。因为我自己不做这个，所以也不是很懂。但是我总觉得>20 million
cells怎么可能不够。如果做ChIP的话是more than enough。虽然说ChIP-seq大概需要
更多的chromatin，但是因为表达的蛋白是HA-Tag的，HA的抗体非常非常好，所以
Chromatin的浓度要求应该比一般蛋白的要低。
我就是很不明白为什么总是说Chromatin不够。前面说用Primary culture做,我Culture
了4个litter（35个胚胎）的小鼠皮层，那个学生也说是细胞不够。。。所以我觉得不
对劲。但是老板也说不出个所以然来。实验拖拉着我急死了。
不知道前辈用的是什么Protocal呢？可以分享下吗？ |

我觉得postdoc再开始学也没什么关系吧，毕竟那时候整个实验室的大环境都是和这个
