Tsunami warning in Pacific as 7.5 quake strikes near Solomon Islands
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center issued a 300-kilometer radius tsunami
warning after a shallow 7.5-magnitude earthquake was registered some 80
kilometers off Lata, in the Solomon Islands.
The quake’s epicenter centered at the depth of 12 km, northwest of the

14万亿什么意思？按文中解释，1/5的现有常规贷款总量。这还不算影子银行，据说另
占1/4到1/3。加起来占了差不多50%，几乎全在房地产里。如果房价一旦涨势放缓---稳
定在高位都不行，整个银行体系（不仅仅是某家或者某几家大银行）要出事。局面比几
年前的希腊（12%）、西班牙（10%）、现在的意大利（8%）不知高到哪里去。
到时候央行一定会救援。所以银行系统崩是不会崩的。代价是货币总量（M2)翻倍。
人民币汇率则面对三个选择：急贬到14，跟全世界打贸易战；缓贬到14，全部外储拱手
让出；维持7，制造业死光。
再说一遍：以上不叫中共经济崩溃，叫“L”型新常态。中共更不会崩。中国经济越差

7月1日，是中国共产党成立周年日。在共产主义走向全面崩溃的今天，中共仍垄断着全
世界人口最多的国家的权力。不少人期待这个党能够进行政治改革，把中国引向民主自
由的道路。且不说在国际共产运动中，没有任何一个共产政权是主动放弃权力、放弃专
制而走向民主的（东欧的全部共产政权，包括苏联，都是被人民推翻，而后建立的民主
政府）；且不说共产运动中是否会产生异数，中共是否有这种愿望和能力，仅以它建党
以来，尤其是在中国建政之后，以政权的力量使八千万人非正常死亡这一事实，中共就
绝对没有资格继续执政，而应接受历史的审判。
我不是研究中共党史的专家，也不是研究共产运动造成大众死亡的学者。只是作为中共
专制下的一个幸存者，今天生活在西方自由世界，得以阅读多种书刊，把其中提及的中
