料. 所以这个烙印基本就歇菜了, 因为工作就是不存在.
格老太NB了...能让DOS出面授权consular officer执行221(g)是对ICC的一记猛药...

的还剩tax senior里干的最长的只有6个月，partner号召大家积极推荐符合条件的人来
应聘，我希望能refer中国同胞，但是他们需要的是tax senior, 得是立刻就能上手的
人，所以不符合条件的人，我就不一一回复了，希望大家见谅。
条件是在在湾区附近，在national firm或其他四大有两年以上的corporate tax经验，
已经拿到了senior的title, 对tax provision熟悉的candidate. 有CPA最好，身份到不
是问题。
不过partner说他们只考虑有strong tax provision background的人，所以如果你是在
local firm做，对tax provision不熟, 是不符合要求的。
我其实在四大也开始工作了没多久，我的感觉是在四大真是累，我刚开始工作第一个的
星期就有两天加班到晚上十一点，周六也要上班，所以各位同学要是觉得忍受不了的话

太大，关键就是你小firm tax经验基本上没有帮助。当然绿卡也是因素之一。
大部分corporate招人还是provision比较多，其次compliance。They can always
outsource compliance job. Tax in house的公司一般不会很小，如果要招一定是要有
provision经验的。如果你要international/transfer pricing/M&A tax的方向，这种
必须更大规模的公司，职位就更少，有职位空出人家也喜欢从四大招人，所以就你这样
的职业规划领域，那你100%必须从四大开始，哪怕entry level。但这些都是很热的
area，在四大是不太容易进的部门。

UCBH will restate its 2008 10-K to extend a loss from $40 million to $80
million due to a provision of loan losses. The stock price dropped
significantly after this is annouced. However, their capital structure after
this provision will be far better than other big banks. And this provision
does not affect the cash flow. So it is not a real loss. I think it is a
good buy fro |
