Kobalt的那个弯刀很好用，一刀到底，切地毯就像豆腐一样
地毯下面的padding也容易拆，只是拆完之后拔钉在地板上的staple要花点儿时间，然
后就是边上的固定carpet的木条，用那个pry bar就行了 |

趁着刚买了房子没多少家具，也趁着costco夏季laminate地板打折，把家里地毯全揭了
换成地板。
costco卖的12mm的laminate质量不错，网上老中评价性价比高，夏季打折将近30%，算
下来才1.26刀/平方英尺（后来给客厅和主卧买了warm walnut的，稍微贵一点点），硬
是比地毯还便宜。加上我本人十分固执地认定地毯藏污纳垢，就申请领导批准立项，买
回材料自己动手开铺。
本人女性，手工经验仅限于缝纫、织毛衣和十字绣，事后经验证明这种装修小白也是可
以搞定铺laminate地板的，只是对体力的挑战极大。我前后用了五个星期的时间装完了
共计1500平房英尺的面积，包括主卧，客房，两个小卧室，客厅及game room，差点没
给累死。
