醉软膏），达力士（卡泊三醉擦剂), 可是翻译成英语是什么呀？请问有高人知道有什
么治疗这种病的非处方药么？我查到名字叫 psoriasis, 也找到几种药名Amevive®
(alefacept) or RAPTIVA®(efalizumab), Enbrel®(etanercept) ，HUMIRA&
reg; (adalimumab), Remicade®(infliximab), Methotrexate, cyclosporine or

消化系统-1.1-胃不好，吃完东西后打嗝后气出来后会舒服很多，这个病至少有15年了
，刚开始吃了西药半年没有啥用。现在有时会胃很痛，吃三九胃疼后有所减轻。
1.2-大肠不好，做了2次肠镜检查，第一次割掉了几个息肉，第二次在美国做的，说我
有隐窝炎症。右下腹疼痛2年有余，气温很高（盛夏）的时候疼痛减轻很多，甚至消失
。冬天比较严重，每天早上都很痛，影响睡眠。
1.3-有胆囊息肉，犯病的时候觉得吃什么都很油腻，难受，恶心。基本没有吃药
神经系统-2.1-右手，右髋关节，右腿都觉得有问题，感觉有根筋不对劲，异常，有轻
微的疼痛感。
2.2-颈椎痛，颈椎严重的时候会眩晕（ 我被诊断为位置性眩晕），但我觉得与颈椎也
有关系
2.3-腰痛，每天早上还没有起床腰就非常痛，起床后活动后有所减轻。背痛和腰痛做瑜
伽后有所减轻
2.4 胸骨痛，最近隐约有胸骨痛。
呼吸系统- 喉咙痛，看了医生说是我的胃反酸损害了咽喉。一天有1，2次干咳，就是感
觉喉咙很痒。经常早上5，6点的时候会干咳醒来
皮肤-3.1-耳朵痒，国内医生说是感染真菌，给开了硼酸滴耳液，痒被控制了。美国没

现在还不能完全cure牛皮牛皮癣。治疗的目的是减慢皮肤增生的速度，以及预防炎症
的发生。除了phototherapy (UVB紫外线治疗)外，用的药物有Vitamin D 化合物如
Calcipotriene，外用皮质醇，还有 Retinoids, Anthralin等，情况严重的可以用
methotrexate和 cyclosporin。 |

记得在国内,我们科有自配的药膏给病人涂,效果还不错.
有时候饮食也会影响,皮肤哪里损伤了,也会在那里形成psoriasis,夏天病情会轻点,冬
天会严重点. |

there are various topical medications and phototherapy. for severe disease,
there are systemic drugs. traditional systemic drugs have overall
suppression on the immune system. new drugs suppress select groups of T
cells or proinflammatory cytokines. some of these are monoclonal antibodies
and are very expensive. |

given. just one note, phototherapy is underutilized in China and there are
many patients who may benefit from it. remember it should be UVB. UVA is
generally not effective for psoriasis by itself. |

can be very toxic. therefore retinoids are typically applied topically in
