会被安排1：1 sitter，精神病医生会诊。如果精神病医生和你谈话后认为你有自杀可
能，就会被强制送到精神病院。

Democrats need to be voted out, I’m not really excited about many of the

如果是芝加哥大学医院，当然其它病人比较多。
但是像我们这样被众多nursing home包围的社区医院，icu里大部分就是感染病人，亏
你还是医生，当然你很可能还只是住院医，对美国的真正医疗情况还缺乏直接认识。
哥好歹干了十几年，呆过7家医院，从教学医院到社区医院到psych医院。没吃过猪肉还
没见过猪跑吗?
十几年的veteran怎么也比新警察靠谱一点。
你干长了，呆的医院多了，就知道医院的病人和社区有很大关系。
白人富人区，一堆etoh detox的，黑人区，都是heroin/cocaine overdose的，
nursing home多的地区，感染病人多。
大医院，elective手术病人移植病人多/
至于我们这的cook county医院，那烧伤和枪伤美国最top的。 |

或者优先级如果超过对于fairness 的诉求 那基本就差不多算右了。我倒不觉得是被左

USA for 20+ years, and I was in the States just about 5 years then, we
discussed about the road rage, he gave me a good advice: there are a lot of
crazy Americans (drug addict, drunk, DUI, psych etc) on the road, if some
one offend you, try to ignore, it is the best way to protect you. Even
though you have a handgun, you may end up in a very tragic situation (the
others may have AK-47).

feeling good about it. This is the sad fact about our national psyche. We
just can't sit still when someone is happy, and we have to prick the
delusional bubble of joy.
Why can't we just say -- ah this is a cool feature, enjoy it. It may or may
not be available on some other cars, cheaper or not, but why does that
matter so much?
Why do we have to try to prove others wrong?
Just a thought.

第三学期，这学期的考试就俩字，变态，三个rotation，Gero，med-surg，Psych，每
个rotation一次quiz一次考试
每次quiz10分，基本是全军覆没，考试前第四学期的人就安慰我们，考不过别难过，大
家都过不了。不过还是有人考的不错的，这个fail的同学就是考的不错的之一，大家
quiz都考4、5分时，她考8点几分
这个同学是个日本人，班上就我俩是外国人，她特用功，家里有俩三岁的双胞胎，扔给
family care，她从不回家做晚饭，我俩经常在图书馆一起看书，6点多我要回家了，她
都说还要再看会儿，她儿子有次病得很严重，突然seizure，在ER待了一整天，她第二
天有clinical，就把儿子扔到老公，自己去医院了。再过两天，儿子回家了，她要上课

授，但是只有三年。专业是教育心理学，但是做的比较杂，神经科学也涉猎。所以可以
申请教育学院和心理系。只算peer-reviewed journal的话，文章18篇，包含一篇一座
PNAS, 一篇perspective on psych science(心理学排名很高的杂志），另有一篇文章
在所发表的杂志为有史以来下载量第四，应用量第10；还有一篇在该杂志2009年发表的
文章排名第二；另外还有两篇highlighted在nature asia。在service方面，是sci rep
的编委会成员。在国内拿到了教育部社科基金，国家自科面上，等等。我就申请助理教
职。希望运气好！我要申请40个左右的职位，跨度从哈佛，mit，到排名100开外的州立
都有。刚刚拿到一个州立的skype面试。 |

However this medication can cause serious adverse effects and should be
followed closely by his doctor.
舒必利 is a relatively mild drug. It is used more in Europe and Asia, but
not much in US.
Unfortunately, there is no best treatment for schizophrenia. He should see
a good psychiatrist and decide medication based on his particular condition.
I don't think you will be able to get medication for him without having
him see a psych |
