请帮转，一年前被一个多年的朋友一个很信任的朋友强奸了，痛苦暴力的强奸过程，而
且之后又强奸多次。因为当时跟我求饶，自己也怕，没有报警，我知道一旦报警他的一
生就毁了。但之后的害怕，屈辱，恐惧，愤怒，恨男人恨到了极点，经常半夜想到那些
恐怖的事情尖叫着吓醒，没人帮得了我。
为了这件事，我自闭了很久，一年了不和任何人接触，最近才开始和人接触就又遇到了
无孔不入性骚扰！真想像 Jodie Foster 在 The Brave One 里面一样把这些人渣都拿
枪轰死。
一个中年老中，趁我在车内只有两人时说我身体怎么怎么好怎么完美，唯一不完美的是
没有孩子没有后代，要像他一样能生，生三个才完美，吓死我了，想起他那张谄媚堆笑
淫秽的的老脸就想呕，难怪别的朋友老欺负他，贱人，活该

标 题: 关于抑郁症 （请好心人转psychology版）

我现在处于婚姻的分居期，基本上就是不得不离了。感情上过不了这个坎，主要是对婚
姻看得过重，老是在想不通一些问题，很想要问为什么，又怕听到现实残酷的答案。有
时觉得自己走不出来了，但是想想爸爸妈妈还有关心我的人，觉得还是得走出来。每次
与现在分居的另一半联系，都会导致几小时甚至一天的不开心。很怕被人批评，说我蠢
笨，也很怕周围的人知道这件事，觉得很丢面子，只能一个人生活，而不去交往朋友，
和接触老朋友。总之有时候想想觉得世上没有一个人能帮我，挺无力的。从知道另一半
出轨到现在也快一年了，但到现在还没走出来，大家帮帮看看这算不算忧郁症？ |

每月RA的薪水还是很高的
但是我坚持上完我Engineering的Master之后
这个Cognitive Psychology & Neuroscience的PhD offer也没了
现在很难过
经常想起来就很难过
因为每当思考心理和大脑的问题时有一种深入内心的宁静与喜悦
而每次搞自己的engineering本专业时都很不快乐
我真的不想一辈子都这么不开心
我的梦想是做brain science方面的faculty
不知道在美国的中国学生有多少都如愿做到faculty的职位呢？
我的这个梦想我还该继续坚持吗？
难道我真的用engineering的背景进工业界就是我一辈子的出路吗？
老话说：男怕入错行，女怕嫁错郎
但是现代社会，女孩子也怕入错行啊！！！
我不想一辈子搞自己不喜欢的东西啊
我应该在engineering PhD阶段继续追逐我最初的心理学脑科学的梦想吗？？？

关于认知Epistemology的层次
所谓认知的层次，有点类似佛教的判教法，或者存在主义者所谓不同的心理层次。曾经
哲学家或者科学家的一个通病就是，企图用一种单一价值的观念体系来左右人乃至一个
社会的认知。其实认知是有不同的level的，不可能让positivism（实证主义）或者
scientism（科学主义）来左右所有的认知，也不能如同Kierkegaard所谓一切认知都是
subjective的。
认知的层次：
第一层：
Positivism。这是我们现代社会能有公认objective knowledge的通用法则。只有能够
通过fallibility criterion的论断，才可以构建出objective knowledge体系。这点我
是赞同Popper的。进一步的，fallibility criterion的基础一定需要建立在
observability的基础上——这就是positivism的核心认识。我们不认为observable的

容是什么？所以我的建议只基于你给的信息，比如 读家庭有关系的专业以及教育心理
学方向的PhD
首先， 教育心理学，educational psychology,的方向在于motivation, positive
psychology, 以及statistics. 从就业方面来说，博士毕业只能做faculty, 而且一定
要统计非常强(SPSS)。此外，美国教育心理学的就业机会很少，原因有2， 第一是太多
中国学这个，竞争压力大，第二， faculty的职位很少，一年大约20-40多的空缺(2013
的记录)。所以我不建议读教育心里学，但是如果要回国发展，那另当别论。
其次，我和Yanxx的建议一致，School Psychology也许更适合她。两个原因，first,

【摘要】急性应激障碍（ASD）又称为急性应激反应（ASR），是对恐怖或创伤事件产生
的心理反应。ASD以急剧、严重的创伤事件作为直接原因，患者在受刺激后立即（1小时
之内）发病。ASD的常见症状是麻木；情感分离；缄默；现实感丧失；人格解体；心因
性遗忘；对经历的创伤事件和思想的重新体验、做梦和闪回；对事件的回避。在这段时
间里，患者存在着焦虑症状和至少一个基本功能的损害。症状至少持续3天，最多不超
过4周；并发生于创伤事件之后的4周之内。
美国精神病学会在2013年5月出版了《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第5版（DSM-5）。DSM
-5对ASD的诊断标准进行了新的修订。近年来，对ASD的临床研究成为精神病学、心身医
学和临床心理学的热点。根据DSM-5的标准和新的临床研究成果，本文对ASD的病因和发
病机制、临床表现、诊断标准、心理评估、诊断和鉴别诊断、治疗、预防和预后进行了
分析。
