1. 理解consequence, 但是生理上，和心理上有困难控制自己。这些人律师都可以
argue insanity or temporary insanity. 没有行为能力。
2. 自大狂。 觉得可以逃脱consequence.
3. psychopath. psychopath的特点是无法把行为和consequence连接。无法判断什么样
的行为有什么样的consequence. 缺乏同情心，同理心。psychopath通常无法从人群中
监测。一般童年前兆是bedwetting, cruelty to animals and firestarting. 所以
psychopath不是一般意义上的精神病，和第一类不一样。
