development.
1st of all, like you said, he doesn't get many touches. 2nd, the lack of
focus on ball handling at the center position only hinders his overall
development. 3rd, whatever height and/or size advantage he may have now, I
can assure you in a few years he won't have any, which means whatever skill
set he learns now, it will be next to useless in a few years.

I never doubted that it is an asset rather than baggage.
Since I started lifting, the only difference is that I have more muscle and
the shape of my legs look way better than before, and of course, noticeably
bigger glutes (which I fully embrace).
Over the years, my body fat also decreased slowly. I'm also able to maintain
a lower body fat each year. Right now, quad definition is peaking through
on my legs. :)
