，智商也相差无几，但是在nonverbal的学习领域，比如数学，空间判断能力上有差别
。有些特殊严重的染色体变异会导致智商明显低下。
目前的治疗是从9个月到4岁期间如果发现生长延迟就开始注射生长激素，target是
follow正常的生长曲线，根据生长情况调整生长激素用量，这能够显著提高final
adult height，但是不知道楼主的家人是从什么时候诊断并且开始治疗的，如果延迟治
疗的话，final adult height可能不理想。
另外一点是，最近的guideline不主张等到骨骼完全生长后再用雌激素引导puberty,因
为青春期延迟对病人的精神和骨质都有不良影响，一般现在是12岁就开始用了，而且最
近的study发现，如果十二岁开始和生长激素合用一段时间，并不影响最后的高度。
turner的病人，要关注一些常见的并发症，比如心脏和主动脉，肾脏畸形，听力下降，
所有turner的孩子都应该常规作心脏超声，肾脏超声，听力检测，脊柱髋关节检查，视

onset of their puberty when I did my child Neurology rotation in last year.
In addition, it is not uncommon to see “relative” overdosing of
medications in anorexia patients or patients who have lost a lot of weight
in a short period of time.
