了）。
事发当场，不要吃亏，至少不要吃大亏，底线是不能让对方把你当成软柿子没事就过来
捏。我很早就告诉孩子，欺负人的人自己也怕麻烦，一般都挑最弱的不知道反抗的来欺
负（就像老虎挑牛群里最弱的牛一样），你不需要比他强，但必须要反抗，让他下次不
敢/不愿再来找你的麻烦（不厚道地说，就是让他去找别的target）。反抗的原则是，
首先动嘴，大声责问他要干什么/为什么推我。。，有时就直接制止对方了，如果对方
不停止，周围的人的注意力也被吸引过来，看到他是怎么先挑衅的，这样如果后面需要
告状，有证人是大大有利的。最怕的是，不说话直接动手反抗，刚好这时有人看到，以
为是你先动手呢。第二个原则是，不能主动升级，对方push你，你可以push回去，但不
能punch，如果对方先punch，你可以punch，但不能上脚。。
事后告状，要尽可能地把事情从头到尾讲清楚，特别是对方是怎么先挑衅的，有证人的

发帖数: 1745 | 42 工欲善其事，必先利其器。trigger job也算半个精细活，趁手的工具是少不了的。
第一张图里是拆枪装枪用的工具。从左往右分别是：锤子，starter punch(用来敲松订
死的销钉），3/32" punch, 1/16"或2mm punch, 镊子，Dremel with polishing head
第二张图里是打磨用的工具：放大镜（主要用来hammer hook打磨情况的），honing
oil(应该可以用水代替吧），1000目砂纸，三角形截面的磨刀石。
还有一个重要工具是sear cage slave pin。这个好像只有decocker枪需要。有了这个
销钉可以先把sear cage在枪外面组装好（见附图），然后整个放到枪里面，再用原来
的销钉把slave pin顶出来。如果没有这个slave pin，我估计sear cage里一堆小零件
我是装不回去的。
这里面就三角形的磨刀石最贵，不过考虑到hammer hook的特殊要求，也得硬着头皮买。

given the same time of training, punching is easier to learn and is powerful
enough to knock out even with gloves.
Although kicking is powerful, it's relatively slow than punching. A boxer with
good moving skill can defeat a good kicker, as long as he can avoid or stand
the kick and quickly get in.

powerful high kicks looks good, but very hard to land opponent accurately...
plus the speed of kick is slower than punch, and very hard to form combo
strikes like punches.
usually this kind of high kicks is used to finish a weakened opponent. Saw
ryan bader finished keith jardine with jumping knee strike to chest. at
that moment jardine is pretty much hurt and slow to avoid strikes... |

#1：出水punch。手推到底晚了一点。腿下打之后向上拱臀，上半身出水之后，臀又快
速下沉，腰腹过于松软，大概这是练习换气时发现的更易换气的窍门。后果是手--腿--
腰三者一起发力到最大的所谓punch动作同步不好。手不要推到全直出水，和自由泳一
样，屈肘出水，这样手可以快一点。将来想进一步增长划程，要加快小臂、屈肘肌和肱
三等中小肌群的力量，那时才能用直臂出水。出水的瞬间，腰腹务必紧绷，身体平直。
波动状态下做到不易，可以考虑dryland加阻力做hip extension的练习。
两臂横扫、换气后及时低头贴水、水下线路看起来都不错。看视频里身体条件，做好
punch应该能看到明显的掠水平飞的效果。
#2：抬头略早。抬头应和catch同步。之前低头press forward and downward。柔韧性
好的话，臂可以位置高一点，否则在柔韧性允许的范围内和头一起向下滑直到catch。

我球不过网我觉得两个原因，一个是拍子太open了，这个可以改，现在主要是刚刚换拍
子，对拍子的性能不熟悉，而且今天加了一些string saver，不知道是不是对球队pop
也有改变。
另外一个是没有step forward，脚步太慢，跟不上，而且一会儿就累了（我承认自己没
有用）。至于动作比较小，可能是习惯了。我曾经绑着皮筋练volley，就是防止自己网
前截击的时候有swing的动作，靠body weight去击球。
还有免免说的punch不够，可能和反应慢有关，击球时候已经晚了那么一点点，没有充
裕空间punch出去了。所以就是顶一下，靠来球速度回去，靠open拍面方向控制落地，
而不是punch拍面垂直速度的方向。
错误我想我知道，就是不知道怎么改进。 |

其实即使和speed超过我速度的人对打，因为我能在几拍内应付running shot，
貌似还不那么off time，但是和那些回球没有pace的打，我不知不觉自己也慢下来，
然后就是没有充分setup。另外还有一个原因是，这些人的body language和球出来的
线路非常不match，所以我的anticipation很差，早早赶到，也发现和预想的不一样。
比如我觉得有topspin，结果最后击球够着还不够，我觉得是chop过来的，结果发现
overrun了。所以也导致没有setup好，然后在及早赶到上面就犹豫。这个在我对3.0和
3.5中的pusher里面感觉最强，对于hitter就好很多。
另外你说的和我情况有关的就是，我位置不好很多就是punch back，结果越punch越
没有信心drive了。
我会试试减小swing 半径，和尽早引拍，看看是不是能帮助我的time off过渡。
其实有时候也会在off着时候，突然找到timing，然后就如有神助。不过大多数是一直
拖到比赛结束还没有找到。
