beginner must learn the proper form before doing volume reps.
depends on the goal of 健身. i think one alternative to KB is just to the
most natural motions we were born to do. use fitness routine to mimic
martial arts practitioners, such as punches, kicks, runs, jumps, rotation,
posture stability, etc. with or without resistance. you can try to do a
series of punchs or kics, after 1 min or 2, you will get sweaty all over
place.

there are way more KO in heavy weight(225+) than light weight( 155-)
in basketball, center is usually the least agile guy.
large weight person absorbs blow more completely, compare you punch a person
with punch an ant.
the ant will not be impacted much since its inertial is too small to take
any impact. this is a little exaggerated, but the physicis is similiar.

1.把 safty rod 当 punch 使，拿出 firing pin
2.把 firing pin 当 punch 时，就可以去掉所有的pin了
3 sear spring 的左边那条可以当螺丝刀用去拆magazine catch 和mill spec 的grip
螺丝。
4.在装回thumb safety 时，用barrel bushing的边顶进plunger tube
5.在安装sear/disconnect和hammer的时候，用firing pin 做slave pin.
JMB 在设计1911的时候，早已把所有拆解复原所需要的工具，都设计成了枪的一部分。
我对枪支的了解很有限，只懂CZ和1911.CZ是绝对需要工具的，即使有工具，把CZ复原
也是PIA。 |

唯一trick一点儿是bolt release roll pin. 因为那个位置和方向。
为了不划伤lower,最好把其他部分包好。mask tape第一层，因为不容易沾粘，留下痕
迹。重点部位上面再加一层duct tape防蹭。
punch in的时候其实应该不费力的。ar15.com上面那哥们儿整那么费劲主要是眼儿没对
齐。我的敲门儿是先用roll pin punch 把bolt release上的眼和strip lower上的眼儿
对齐，然后下面垫好，上面用duct tape固定。一旦line up了，应该很顺利。
另外我家没小锤子，所以直接敲打roll pin很不得劲儿，还容易磕伤。咱华人的优势就
是家里有这个秘密武器——擀面杖。一下就解决问题了。
明天就可以上下合拢啦，哈哈！ |

发帖数: 4574 | 43 Big 5买枪带的，超级简陋，midway好像买五十刀一下。前喵要用punch敲差不多了，然后再punch个pin进去定位。后喵就是简单的两个螺丝调高低，左右，每次动都得用螺丝刀。不过调好了端起来打100码的小靶子还是没有问题的。
这个枪的做工不咋地，用红点侧着枪身打着打着hammer pin掉下来了，拆开重新装上。一共才打了1600发的样子，后面那个stud不知掉在哪里了。
trigger pin只穿过receiver右边的孔里，右边露出一截，左边悬空，被receiver里面左边的一个bar挡住。你能不能看看你的sig 522左边，trigger pin穿过receiver上左边的孔吗？ |
