房价稳定的地方，appraisal价格应该和purchase price差不多，否则purchase price
就出高了。
房价快速上涨的地方，比如湾区，appraisal价格跟不上purchase价格很常见，差额部

担心这种情况会不会影响贷款利率？
另外，如果先把我的名字从我爸的title上撤下来（因为他的房子暂时也还没close），
等我和我老公的房子close了以后再把我的名字加在我爸房子的title上，这样操作是不

东西(非GC)的消费认作是cash advance，是不是这样不会算在500的消费里？后来研究
了一下并和chase sapphire卡做了一下比较，发现chase sapphire的申卡指南里写的是
要spend 5000,在BOA的卡里写的是at least make 500 purchase. BOA账户里把消费分
了很多种，什么purchase, payment, cash advance，fees, ATM transactions 等等。
我的问题是如果写明要make purchase, 那付bill，买GC是不是都不算在开卡任务里？
