要参加HSA 必须有 high deductible plan. 这个可以是 high deductible PPO. 所以
医疗计划实际就是两部分合起来。 max out of pocket 达到以后 自动启动PPO
HSA 本身包括了免费的preventive care. 小病要花钱 可以直接从HSA 走或者自费。
hsa 一般不必要花掉因为可以投资积累。 HSA 跟人走 属于你个人账号 没有FSA那样年
底过期的限制。
有了HSA 就不能参加普通的fsa 但是可以参加limited purpose FSA. 比如配眼镜看牙
医的花费还是可以从limited purpose fsa 出。
正常的FSA 和limited purpose FSA 限制比较多。据说Irs 查的比较严。hsa没有那么
严格，可以买的的东西多。OTC可以买的常备药貌似比FSA 多。

Indeed, there are many Ph.D. programs that can be closed. The first one on
my list to close would be the Religion program in Columbia university. Why
do we need Ph.D.'s specializing in religion? Leave that area to the rabis
and ministers!

rising flour,不过口感偏咸，我觉得不如前者的有些甜味。
面包最好用unbleached bread flour,不过你也可以用all-purpose和unbleached all-
purpose flour,只不过后两个没有前面那个高筋和口感好。
whole wheat flour没有粘性，可是营养比较好，所以适当加入一些，比例不要超过一
半就好。 |

烤箱预热，华氏375度；
花生酱，一点点地加水，澥开，（用温热水效果快又好）；
加红糖、鸡蛋、食用油、香草精、小苏打（baking soda），搅匀；
我很喜欢蔓越莓干（dried cranberry），现在又正是季节，所以，我都会放一些；
加面粉（all purpose flour，也可以加rye flour，soy flour，whole wheat flour，
煮过的oat meal之类的），搅拌均匀，弄成软软的面团；
烤盘抹油，用手将面团分搓成小球，再在烤盘上按扁即可，大小随意；
大约要烤20 -30分钟左右吧。
我做的这种不是crunch的口味的，是香香的、湿软的（soft, creamy）的。
因为闺女很喜欢奥利奥的那种夹心饼干，我还试着把烤好了的小饼，每两个中间加上一
个大大的棉花糖（marshmallow），再放进烤箱里烤上10 分钟，然后取出来按扁，放凉
。也很挺好吃的，风味独特，哈哈。
南瓜蔓越莓碗糕
买的用来刻的大南瓜，掏空了，瓜子洗干净，用盐、五香粉和酱油泡上，准备明天烤瓜
子，女儿很喜欢的，早就问我什么时候会烤些南瓜籽了。
