买那种土豆完全取决于你要怎么做： 炸薯条，烤土豆，炒土豆，蒸土豆还是煮土豆。
首先，总体来说说如何挑选土豆。首先要挑饱满，紧实有质感的，表面要干净，眼越少
越好。 发芽的不要，眼多的不要，发绿有条纹的不要，局部发软烂掉的不要，被切过
的或者有伤口的不要，有开裂的不要…… Size A的土豆是大个的，直径大于5.5cm（
2 ¼ inch）; Size B 的土豆直径在1 ½ ~ 2 ¼ inch 之间。 Size C

应该已经比较清楚了。
关于 limited purpose public figure，从大方面看，在敏感词
同学事件里，在有 public charity 给背书介入之后，外加炒作及
全世界网募，问候祖宗式捐劝的出现加上大伙儿群情激昂，到这个阶段时，
怎么都是坐实了 limited purpose public figure。
除了 public figure 以外，public charity 的背书介入，搞不好
也触及了 public interest。
而目前看到的不管是 V8/河马 还是等等等等在网上发照片，BSO，鹊桥版
征婚的。离 limited purpose public figure 远着呢。从这个角度
看，V8 简直不到敏感词同学的一个小指头。。。
剩下的在 public figure 方面的问题，好像相对比较细节一些了。 |

fundraising 是有特别的定义的，就是以 public good 或 public benefit 为目的的
才算。
这里面其实是好几个问题，一个是，象 ACCEF 这样的 Charity ，它从事 charity
purpose 的 fundraising ，是没有问题的，但不注册就有问题了。另一个是，它能不
能也从事非 charity purpose 的 fundraising？还有，帮康的小孩设立什么基金，这
个性质到底是不是属于 charity purpose ？ 等等。
想一句话把这些事情都说清楚，那是过于简单化了。

没有到硬性发泡，就是在里面竖根筷子也不会倒的状态，就算最后做出来，蛋糕的质地
也会发硬，味道也不好。
all purpose flour代替cake flour没有关系的，我做东西几乎从来都是用all purpose
，只有上次有朋友给了一袋cake flour，做过一次莲蓉酥的油酥，效果的确比all
purpose好些。这个蛋糕卷，我也是用的all purpose。
另外，一定要买厨房秤，中式点心可以凭感觉做，西式点心一定要严格按照配方做。我
曾经做西点质量很不稳定，后来总结就是没有精确地称重量。 |

才废除的），美国妇女获得投票权还没多少年，大概国会里没几个女议员。她是历史上
第一个中国人，也是第二个女性在美国联席国会讲演。在她的１０分钟讲演中,气震山
河，多次被两会议员全体起来长时间的鼓掌所打断。
中国人需要是这样的人格，而不是戏子国母如泼妇江青，大嘴彭丽远！

自有良心的媒体和学术界人士深入开展揭批学霸、学奸、学贼汪晖的工作以来，成绩突
出，形势喜人。到了今天，可以说汪氏的问题已经无所逃罪天下，可以立刻盖棺论定，
直接开除出学界了。笔者生性愚钝，见事不明，不仅未能参与到这个伟大的运动中去，
最初还一再为汪某辩护，是非颠倒，黑白不分，如今思之，惭恨不已。如今总算如梦初
醒，回头是岸，想要为打汪晖运动出一把力，但揭批汪晖的，从林毓生这样的老牌名宿
，到王彬彬等中坚学者，以及vivo等青年才俊不计其数，宏文妙笔如漫天星斗，又如黄
河泛滥，一发而不可收拾。多笔者一个不多，少笔者一个不少。好在一个汪晖倒下去，
千百个汪晖站起来。像汪晖这样隐藏得很深的伪学者名流还是很多的。在打倒汪晖后，
深入揭批学界问题已经成为刻不容缓的急务，笔者愿为此略尽绵薄之力。今天要谈的就

告特别辅佐人，福岛二号核电厂三号机运转停止诉讼原告证人。「核电劳工救济中心代
表」在他仙逝后，因后继无人关闭
