回美国。我听说用AP和EAD不同，还是可以保持H－1B身份。而且现在EAD申请那么多，
怕明年renew EAD时间链接不上，然后不能工作。所以还是很想回来后继续H－1B。 我
想问这里的朋友，如果回来还想保持H－1B，需要自己办理什么手续吗？需要向USCIS申
请转会H－1B吗？还是默认可以自动保持H－1B？ 如果需要向USCIS申请，这个手续是什

5月3日和4日，美国由财政部长姆努钦、商务部长罗斯、美国贸易代表莱特海泽、白宫
国家经济委员会主任库德洛、贸易顾问纳瓦罗、美国驻华大使布兰斯塔德和白宫国家经
济委员会幕僚艾森斯塔组成的豪华谈判代表团来北京和中国进行贸易谈判，我方是副总
理刘鹤带队。
我们很多人都关心，究竟谈的如何，中国和美国会不会彻底走上对抗的道路?
在此之前，我们先看下美国商务部统计的对华贸易结构。
我们只要记住，2017年美国对中国出口的三大件就可以了：飞机，汽车，大豆。
其中飞机占16.3%，大豆占12.4%，汽车占10.6%。
而中国对美国出口最大宗商品是电子产品，占了26.9%，这也不奇怪，毕竟中国是世界
电子产品制造中心，苹果的手机，平板，笔记本电脑就是中国出口美国的最大宗电子产
品。
另外中国还出口家具玩具，占了出口总额12%，还有纺织品，占出口总额的9%。

2月份买的新车，开了5500mile开始出问题（我以为买新车省心，没想到更费心）
第一次出问题症状：
高速40迈速度行驶中，突然油门踩到底车子都没动力，方向盘锁住几乎打不动，车子惯
性前进，很用力打方向盘才迫使车子停在了紧急车道。然后直接拖到了dealer那。当时
吓了个半死，没想过试图重新启动车子。（后来dealer的报告上说车子拖到dealer后，
他们发现车子能正常点火和行驶，没法duplicate问题，但是看到气缸miss fire的
error code）
对应dealer诊断和修理：
发现4号气缸miss fire的error code，检修发现气缸header一器件非正常磨损，换了该
器件，告诉我修好了

本来对于使用AP没有任何疑问，可是刚才律师说这个是个灰色地段，用了AP会影响H1B
status。因为如果是用AP入境，入境的时候海关会给一张新的I-94，上面写的是AOS（
有效期是一年），I-94是我们在美国合法身份的文件。换句话说一旦用AP入境，我们就
成了patrol status了。将来如果要延H1B，就拿不出有效的I-94了。

2月份买的新车，开了5500mile开始出问题（我以为买新车省心，没想到更费心）
第一次出问题症状：
高速40迈速度行驶中，突然油门踩到底车子都没动力，方向盘锁住几乎打不动，车子惯
性前进，很用力打方向盘才迫使车子停在了紧急车道。然后直接拖到了dealer那。当时
吓了个半死，没想过试图重新启动车子。（后来dealer的报告上说车子拖到dealer后，
他们发现车子能正常点火和行驶，没法duplicate问题，但是看到气缸miss fire的
error code）
对应dealer诊断和修理：
发现4号气缸miss fire的error code，检修发现气缸header一器件非正常磨损，换了该
器件，告诉我修好了
第二次出问题症状：（发生在取回车子的2周后，悲催～）
local稍有点上坡路段，堵车，一停一走行驶中，突然发现油门没反应了，踩着油门车
子竟然往后遛坡，赶紧踩了刹车，因为此时车子基本停止状态，没法知道方向盘是否同
时也锁住了。当时后面堵了一条街的车子，我慌乱中就采取了关闭发动机，并重新点火

，但州议会并未进行讨论与表决。根据法律规定，未讨论的法案在第二年的普选时交由
选民公投，也就是今年的 11/5。如果通过，将在 7/1/2015 实施。
法案要求所有经过基因改造的食品，或者含有基因改造成分的食品，都必须明确标示。
正方认为这是民众知的权利，反方认为这会提高食品价格，尤其对本州的中小企业不利。
