因为跑步其实是我day dreaming的时间。带小孩太不安全了.hehe |

不过说实话, If my kids need me to give up running, I can do it, if necessary.. |

e*e 发帖数: 6808 | 5 While I absolutely admire your commitment and am always fascinated about
your experience, I have to say you need to give your wife a lot of credit,
also, to respect that each individual/situation is different.
What if your baby wakes up three times during night, and your wife would
like to have you taking the 5:00am or 6:00am turn?
What if your wife has to work and cannot get home before 7:30pm, you have to
take care of your daughter AND the cooking?
What if your wife would prefer to have family |

w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 6 Well, in my case there is a simple answer to those questions -- my wife
doesn't work, and she takes care of
our daughter full time. Of course, for those couples who both work and have
a busy career, they would have
to hire a nanny at some point. My wife prefers to spend time with our
daughter instead of getting a job.
Normally I wake up several times a night because of my daughter and I
usually take my daughter out to play
late in the afternoon - my wife takes care of the rest.:)

一时一时的冲动, 或者push too hard 反而容易导致受伤。。。

m**k 发帖数: 18660 | 11 The great advantage of our sport over all others is that we don't need a
ball or a team or a field, or even, according to some,
shoes. We just need to stand someplace, imagine ourselves in the center of a
circle, pick one out of the 360 degrees available
to us, and head thataway.

m**k 发帖数: 18660 | 16 I think I get used to, even addicted to, the feelings associated with the
end of a long training run. I love feeling empty, clean, worn out, starving,
and sweat-purged. I
love the good ache of muscles that have done me proud. I love the way a cold
beer tastes later that afternoon. I love the way my body feels light and
sinewy.

j****g 发帖数: 235 | 25 We have the same issue in the whole team. We are not allowed to let students
out, so even they keep disrupting the class, we still need to keep them in
the class. Sometimes if it is too loud in the class, school police will come
in and help me. I think They are all same in urban public schools.
I tried something that sometimes work for me. When some students come into
class and do the Q.O.D quietly, I will give some treat like candy, and other
students will look at them and do the QOD too. Just |
