那我们看到的那个03年的卖价是否真实的呢?

还是恰好说明它有隐患卖不出去, 做弟弟的才帮个忙买下了?
(这房子还是有一些我们看得到, 但无法quantify的缺点的).
而且这个弟弟买这个房子的时候还是单身, 现在已经有太太,

只说他六年前是单身买的, 现在的title也只有他.
