是rate lock有效的最后一天，除非是有人把15天这个数字写错了，锁的是21天左右的
rate。
问一下出GFE的人吧。 |

4 business days to get one once I provide all the documents. That really
surprised me as my impression (which is very old) is it will take MONTHS.

如果bonus在中间发，比如2，3月发，先按照前1年的月收入估算，到年底如果多或少收
再调整。
目前还有疑问就是假定1-2月工资4500/month，3月发工资4500+bonus 3万，发了以后辞
职出国了，4-12月没有任何工资收入，这时候不知3月那个bonus是不是要照足3万 x 20
%扣bonus。this is academic quesiton...... |
