My personal understanding is that regular mail refers to United States
Postal Service (USPS). The destination address is normally assigned with a P
.O. Box # for business.
Others like FedEx, UPS, and DHL belong to couriers. The recipient is
required to have a physical address, like street/building/suite/room #,
instead of PO BOX.

There are 14 steps of all kinds of information that is required to be
provided. The first step is personal information. And there is a quesiton in
Step 1 " are you affiliated with a recuriter ". And there are two answers
of this question to choose from , "yes" or "No"
I do not know what is this supposed to mean.
