cart,我看了半天，以为是50cents 的花销，因为他们的说明实在是不清楚。结果我塞
了5块钱，还车时没有拿到refund,打电话给custom service,才知道是4。50用一次，因
为还我50分。当然这50分他们也没还。不过我也懒得再要了。
这也太贵了点，以前都是租车，免费，现在竟然要4。50 |

Meals are not a problem if you can wait.
BTW, if you want to take some race action shots that'll be the place. The

Although he had to default all the matches because of his injury, he should
have won MS-A, probably MXA, but surely not MDA. My impression of that
tournament is that not many top players showed up (BTW, I was partnered with
a car racer who just drove down from Boston the night before the tournament

到最后而且sprint得很有劲，真是心旷神怡呀，不过今天比较慢，只有22.5mph，我只
是tag along，没有pull
还是挺有成就感的，呵呵 |

racer = 骑得很快的牛人
acceleration = 加速
sprint = 踩踏板踩得很快
22.5 mph = 很快的平均速度 （mile per hour)
tag along = 跟在骑得很快的人后面靠人挡风
pull = 骑得更快的人在前面帮别人挡风
总之是骑得很快，呵呵 |

昨天刚说group ride没那么累
今天就遭报应了
有段路是连续四个200/300米的滚动坡，也是平时骑的
我开始在左边骑，没有在paceline中，自由速度
后来觉得总是在前排晃悠，有poser之嫌
因为那当中有好几个racer，可比我快多了
于是我就想安静的撤到后面
结果他们突然有点加速
而我突然大腿很软，没有任何先兆
很恐慌，之前我还觉得有很多余量
一下被拉下50米。。。
好在没有放弃，过了那段路，转弯之后，我神奇地恢复了一些
估计前面pace maker也累了，终于被我追回来
摔的地点离终点很近，在一个路口
我前面四个人，两人直行，两人右转
我有些犹豫，龙头晃了几下（犹豫加上之前红灯正在起速）
后面追赶的那拨人没有因为红灯减速
结果一个在我左侧的家伙想右转，蹭到我身上
当时大概有15-18的速度，我在车上平衡了4-5秒左右，最终倒地
忘了当时有没有捏到闸
幸运的是绿灯刚亮，后面的汽车速度很慢
更神奇的是我的车一点损伤都没有，至少我和车店的店员都没看出擦痕
只能解释为我本性财迷，本能的让肘和膝先着地
左肘擦破2cm^2，左膝擦破0.3cm^2

brand" company. Who would otherwise regularly visit those factories,
scrutinize their management, and bash the ISO9002 process?
Bottom line is, as far as for all the people racing on these no name frames
(myself included, pedalforce), I have yet to see a single post about such a
no-name frame cracking during race.
On the contrary, I personally know a guy who has cracked two Cervelo frames,
and he is not a racer.

legs. Climbers or all around cyclists have leaner legs but definitely not
without strong muscles either.
Cycling is the best way to get rid of fat on your legs and shape/tone up
your leg muscles. Legs are what cyclists are most proud of.
But, pro cyclist does subject to the danger of losing bone mass since
cycling is not an impact sport and they spent a lot of time on bikes. For us

Alex Bhogal is one of those natural cyclists. He joined UT MTB team without
any previous racing experience
and soon moved up from B division to A division and won a lot of the races
in University Cup series. I believe
he's now racing in Europe a lot as a pro or semi-pro racer.

还没有想好参加race，主要是还不习惯在一大群车里很aggressive的抢／挤／别等动作
，转弯的技术一塌糊涂。另外以前各位老大在race里出的事故也把我吓得肝颤。
不过local的A/B club是要参加，积累些经验总之是很好。

拐弯，关键是内侧的手要把车把往下压，把车身压下来，这样才能让轮子和地面形成一
个卡死的角度，光靠移动重心来调整车身角度幅度不够，而且反应速度太慢。 |

group-riding skill. make sure you practice emergency braking on your own
sometime -- slamming on the brake and shiftng your butt out of/behind the
saddle.
