这几天一直想找个自行车上的书包架。网上一搜架子+配套的小包，基本没有低于60刀
的，就连topeak最便宜的，用几根橡皮筋固定的那种都要65一套！后来终于在

the feel at impact and the control. i bought them last year, i think i also
tried the callaway x16, hawkeye, and the nike. for beginners/intermediate
players, i though the hawkeye with the tungsten insert was pretty good.

is.
i don't know what happened on my swing, i began to hook balls now, especially,
for talyor made iron sets. but i am pretty o.k. with tileist. Even i hit fat,
the ball still goes straight with less distance.
on the other hand, steel shaft is a little bit heavier for me, after having
gotten used to my graphite shaft.
i am going to try more tileist iron sets today.

铁杆，看好了taylormade rac mb tp，看了不少reviews，赞扬声一片。唯一不太确定
的是off center hits是否结果会很惨。
推杆，仍然在犹豫，有几个选择，scotty cameron red x2, scotty cameron futura
phantom, heavy putter b1, never compromise gm2-hm, 现在仍举棋不定，喜欢程度
基本上是按以上排列，不过那一个都有点爱不释手。
各位有什么建议？ |

本功了，没怎么上球场正式打。range打了十几次吧。BTW，球杆是学校提供的，自己也
没啥感觉。
不过那是两年前了，后来就没有碰过，好像都忘了。现在又想去练练range了，自己弄
套iron set。看了前面关于买杆的贴子，还是很困惑。
本来看了两套（也不知道合适不合适，瞎看的）：
callaway x-18 steel, $499
tylormade rac OS2, $399
今天去了sportsauthority，salesman很热情，给我讲了很多，他不建议我买这两套，
说不值，对于beginner。他推荐：
Maxfli Mens PowerMax,$199。
我也没主意了。我不想花$500然后发现不合适，但也不想花$200，然后一年后就又要投
资买更好的。
去pro-shop，估计试打一下也不可能知道那种合适吧，毕竟是初学者。
请大家给点意见，或者推荐别的。我的预算还是比较灵活的。

不错。
现在想上场去打九洞，可是我现在3，4，5号铁都还不行。那该怎么办呢？要不要买个
driver去开球？driver是不是比长铁还难啊？
另外，如果买driver的话，应该选 graphite + regular flex吧，那loft呢？一般选10
.5？
这两个怎样?

学生打的好，不过学校的课便宜，呵呵）。平时主要在local的一个在大虾们看来很简
单的小练习场（9-hole, par36, about 3100yds）。直到冬天来临（11月中），成绩最
后比较稳定在42～47。 由于使用的球杆过于老旧（十几年前的杆），这个冬天在ebay
上买了一些二手的球杆，主要是以下：
Driver: Taylormade R5 TP 9.5 degree
Putter: Odyssey 2-ball SRT white hot XG
Iron set: Taylormade RAC OS2 with graphite shaft
现在，我的问题就是在这套iron。 试了试，好像不是很适合自己。就像你们说的，
graphite确实不如steel的控制性好（虽然能更远一些）。但是这套杆+steel shaft又
好像有点太重 （oversized head）。看了ET的帖子，好像版主对ping i5比较推崇，能
不能给点儿review。还有，他的那个什么green dot, black |

动。去年才买的Taylor made rac OS2, 现在八只铁杆中共有四支这样。
我去找了一个taylor made的authorized retailer，从taylor made的网上查的。店里
人说这个只是装饰，不影响打球。我有点不信。他说，I swear to god. I won't do
anything to it.
大家看看怎么办，是不是应该从新再找另一个authorized retailer。不会什么时候挥
杆把杆头会出去吧。 |

发现大家喜欢的mizuno打球震手，估计水平还不够mizuno。试打了NIKE的cci forged
iron。差不多问题。但打cast CCI iron感觉还不错。不震手。
其他iron，calloway，TM的burner，R7 iron，感觉size都太大。不是很喜欢。RAC也太
笨重的感觉。
Ping的i系列，titleist也试过，也没有明显感觉。
倒是Idea的hybrid打起来也不错。但看起来太难看了点。
现在比较中意的是NIKE cci cast。我swing 速度一般偏慢大概70-80range，arm力量偏
小，在考虑graphite shaft。
我本来是打右手的。发现IRON距离明显不够。我原来是左撇子，但开始练球时候，同事
给了我右手球杆，还有理论说，phil michaelson就是右手打左手球。
后来就借了几根左手iron上range一试，发现距离马上就出来了。知道自己还是要老老
实实练左手。左手明显能用上力气。球也明显往前飞了起来。可惜accuracy一塌糊涂，
比右手差多了。就这么一直打下来了。其实也是难得打打。

发帖数: 517 | 25 The mini grooves on CG15 is not durable. Several demo in my local store had
no mini grooves left at the lower part of the surface. TM Tp with the
replaceable face is a fancy idea but I would probably create more nicks and
dings on the bounce before I flatten out the surface.
I have two Vokey SMs (54 and 60). The 54 SW is the work horse. I will need
to get a new one soon. I used a TM RAC wedge before, it was heavier than
Vokey. |

如果说顶尖的putter是高尔夫器材界的jewelry on the crown的话，好的blade iron就
可以说是器材界的king。有人说一个品牌的江湖地位基本上就是由这个公司出的blade
iron的质量来决定的。这样的说法虽然略有夸张，但也不失一定的道理。Nike 这个大
俗品牌能在高尔夫界占下一席之地，跟高质量的VR系列是很有关系的。PING一直处在坐
三望二的位置，始终被Taylormade和callaway压得死死的，就是因为输在了顶级blade
这个绝对不能输的战场上。当然了，这不是PING无能，这是宿命，因为PING的崛起跟
blade的没落是很有关系的。
早期铁杆的设计几乎全部都是forged blade，跟后世的各种设计相比，这些杆子只要打
中了甜点，球的飞行轨迹更有穿透力，飞得更远，杆子击到球的那一瞬间的感觉更柔顺
，而最大的好处，就是做球更容易，所以blade又一个绰号叫"player's clubs"。但是
blade最大的缺点就是forgiveness几乎为0，一旦错失甜点，手震得厉害不说，球还飞

100多人参加, 感觉象是游Disney, 2/3 of them in our boat didn't have any
rafting experience. 但从没觉的他们有任何安全的担忧. 其中一对还是在度蜜月.
两艘船翻过, 也有惊无险. 我也在第一个四级瀑布被甩入水中. Guide 一再强调三件
宝: helmet, life jacket and paddle. 现在搞不明白商业漂流到底有多危险了.

前记和大概行程：
2016年暑假结束前两个星期，我们一家四口到阿拉斯加旅游了十二天的样子，先是坐游
轮cruise, 然后租RV房车深入腹地继续探索。
第一天：游轮启航
去阿拉斯加的游轮有很多家，我们坐的是Norwegian Cruise Line的Sun Ship，从加拿
大西部的温哥华出发。 阿拉斯加的游轮相对加勒比海地区的船来说一般比较小， NCL
Sun只有十二层，但是餐厅购物医护美容健身娱乐俱全，就像一个移动的城市。乘客两
千人左右，但是工作人员达一千，服务质量可想而知。在船上吃喝不要钱， 除了两家
吃龙虾和日本寿司的高档饭店。
我们除了欣赏风景，观看各种魔术，杂技，脱口秀表演，还经常光顾图书馆。去图书馆
不是去读书，是因为那里有棋牌室，可以玩各种各样的游戏和纸牌。
第二天：三文鱼之乡Ketchikan
德州佬总爱夸耀德克萨斯州的大，说什么Everything's big in Texas，到了人家阿拉

The important one is knees,and shoulds.
Try to rest and have some physical cure.

另外一个是不要超过60磅，特别是大拍面。5.3的话，55横58竖就可以了。然后用string
saver.
最便宜的尼龙线，50c/rac. 16.99/660'. 打起来感觉不太灵敏，比较木，但是可能会让
你多用3到4个小时。
我以前整天疯练的时候是6小时一根线，60到62磅左右，一根线穿法。多亏穿线不用钱，
不然我早就用吊鱼线了。我有朋友就是这样用1.5mm100磅左右的深海线，每次穿两盘线，
就是原来每根线的位置上都是两根（ITF禁止比赛的时候）。 这样他才可以用一周左右。
不过这拍子可真难用，完全像一块木板。 |

Modern concept is, do back swing when you find the direction of the coming
shots(when the ball left your opponent's rac), not when the ball over the
net(that is already too late). You can hold and wait for a while if the coming
shot is slow.
Also backswing should be go straight, no C curve.
This will help you to get your timing and make you stay in good pace, that
will increase you stability.

It is quite symetrical from 2.5 to 4.5. If we extrapolate to include 2.0 and
1.5, they will be as rare as 5.0 and 5.5. Is there a 1.5 rating in USTA? If
so, the definition of 1.5 is probably like " someone can hold a racket,
move on court and make a contact between racket and ball from time to time".
