去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.
1月27号,坐在大厅里面溜溜的等了几个小时,无聊透顶,自己翻看着打官司的书.老爸非

targetting is around 20 to 30 km. This can be improved to 2 to 3 km with
improved algorithm. OTH radar can work with the recon satellites to provide

暗暗的发誓，以后开车一定要乖乖的守规矩，官司上身的 日子真不好过。
时间回到7月28号，因为驾照8月1号就要过期，所以赶着去DMV换驾照。又因为是上班的

点照车后面,只有你的车PASS了那个柱子,等到camera的radar照到你的车时,radar才响,
如果你超速,在0.x秒内,已经被拍照,没时间反映减速.
这种camera radar 定点性非常强,和激光测速仪一样,一般的radar detector也能测到
激光.
条子用radar或激光测速是,一般要求要测一定时间,不是瞬间速度,所以radar detector
一响,立即减速,条子一般不抓你,

radar detector, you will know if there is any cop using the radar gun within
0.5mile. The radar will beep when detect the Ka or K radar signal. If the
cop did not turn on the radar, you can just ignore him because he cannot
provide your speeding radar evidence unless you are 20miles over the limit.
To those guys above , I doubt they ever know how the good radar detector

首先我想说，只要不酒驾，撞倒行人，或者以100mph的速度玩命，单纯的speeding
ticket不会影响办绿卡，或者公民。无非就是破费点银子，一张ticket 100-200美元？
对于工作的人来说有个1天半天的就挣出来了，没工作的学生也不是付不起那100美元的
罚单。我一个哥们前些日子，限速65，人家开到103，最后被警察吊销执照3个月，然后
罚了100美元...
