kind of radar you have. This is the physical limit imposed by earth's
curvature.

Passive Phased Array Radar，并不是说这个Radar是passive的，这是说这个Phased
array 是passive. 也就是说array只有天线单元，自己不产生功率。
无源相控阵自己不产生辐射，但是雷达必须要有辐射，因此PPA还是必须接驳雷达，有
一个单独的功率放大器，功率经过波导分配到阵列天线。
而有源阵是只阵列每个单独的单元自带功率发生器和接收器，因此不需要功率分配器。
由于这个多余的步骤导致无源阵雷达的电功率效率要比有源阵低，波束质量要比有源阵
低，电磁波有效功率也要比有源阵低。
至于谁的热量多，我倒是不知道，反正只要是阵列，不管有源无源其效率都比一般的雷
达低，发热量大。而无源阵效率更要低得多。 |

首先，看观察者网文章中这句话：”《简氏防务周刊》的报道中提到一个细节：在台湾

雷达才得以摆脱。”这句话真不知从何说起。
Jane’s的原文是这样的：“According to a US source, the US Navy has to space
its large Aegis phased array radars within a naval battlegroup in order to
avoid radar interference.”
正确的翻译是这样的：“根据美国消息来源，美国海军自己战斗群的宙斯盾雷达之间必
须保持距离以免互相干扰。”也就是说，相控阵距离太近自然就会相互干扰，并不是宙
斯盾遭到了惠安雷达的干扰。

New Delhi and Boeing have signed a $2.1 billion contract to deliver 12 P-8I
Neptune for anti-submarine operations. The new aircraft will replace a fleet

section area size 5000 square meters (333meter in length and 15meter in
height).
And the formula is a free-space point-to-point model. Your earth curvature
argument doesn't apply here.
And the other parameters used in the formula are all reasonable for an anti-
ship missile's warhead, e.g., 26dBi antenna and 50kw transmission power.

energy wise, a car battery should store enough energy for the terminal
homing.
most of the anti-ship long range missile with active terminal homing
operated by
battery at the end. typical size of radar like harpoon is less than 20cm in
size
and homing in 10nmile range.
