说的是这里网上常见的抱怨买回新鲜的猪肉烧完后有令人反感的异味(rancid)
原来这样的猪肉来源于发情期的公猪.
欧美出的猪肉一般都是阉过的.但有时养猪的把种猪宰了卖.
公猪在发情期间体内产生大量的skatole(粪臭素)和androstenone(男性酯酮)
这两样东西都很奇怪:前者顾名思义,后者是狐臭的主要成分.两者经稀释后却都用
在香水里! 经这么一解释,以后大家知道买香水时到底买了什么了 :) 这是后话.
没经过稀释的,通过加热后,就会产生强力的气味.
更奇怪的是多数人会嗅到臭味,少数人会没有感觉,而某些人甚至会感觉香味!
这区别在于人的感受器官的基因数量和有没异变.
这个异味叫做boar taint. |

I used some preliminary shell scripting, and some
perl script like batch DHCP registration/scope generation
grep/awk/uniq/sort are used a lot for log searching
all kinds of grep, zgrep ..
some network scripting with expect/perl, I need to use more
on this too.
It would be good to know some commands like the
ping, traceroute, lft, fping3, tcpdump,
there is a security top 100 list, just go over that and install
most of them on your linux desktop and play with it.
