没看全，就看了前几集。
其他爸爸多少都有些优点，有会做饭的，有动手能力强的，有野生能力强的，有嘴皮子

有个感想：真解脱了又怎样呢？being zen 的作者专职教禅。空海出家了。我一个禅修
的朋友本来很漂亮一个人，头发也剪了，变成半个出家人了。 感觉解脱了，醒悟了的
人都活在他们自己的同类人的圈子里。
我想要快乐，但不想快乐在每天苦苦修炼给自己建造的好像是真实的快乐世界里。
我身边有不需要修炼就让我很佩服的人。试着在观察他，工作时，心无杂念，效率极高
；工作之余，非常放松；热爱运动，享受运动的快乐；很多兴趣爱好；对人热心友善；
对自己他人都坦荡诚实。几乎就是我的榜样。这才是真正的活着。他的生活里是没有什
么宗教，研修的。
我把大部分空余时间都用来修行不抓取，结果大不了就是做不到他那么好，也满足快乐

Wednesday slammed North Korea's pugnacious rants toward South Korea and the
West and a U.S. intelligence official called the strident remarks worrisome.
