stage, the raquet is not quiet essental then your from for tennis improving.
your backhand is way better than your forehand. The reason is probably
because you rely on more body to generate power and stay in balance.
Remember shoulder to chin while take back and shoulder to chin for
followthrough.This applies to both forehand and backhand.
Both hands hold the racket while turning.

如果你怕彈跳太猛的話 可以先玩squash 不過真正打起來 squash一樣可以非常快的 |

what you observed. But that's the change she made for Wenbledom.
I think her biggest problem during the match is she didn't have the belief
that she could win. She looked a little bit terrified at the third set even
it was even by that time.

They have strong league teams both in usta and alta. people are friendly and
nice. Most important thing is, it has indoor tennis courts in the winter...
I like their team practice, man's night out, etc.
My wife likes the steam room, indoor pool, ...
very nice raquet ball tournament as well.
The work out machine has individual dvd player and lcd, which is really cool
, even i did not use them that much.
They also has other free lesson for core function, abs, etc.

One question for the poly string. It loses tension relatively quickly. As I
know, lower tension results in more power and less control. But why do I
feel I have less power now on my string which was put on my raquet on August
? The forehand makes the ball falling shorter than before. Is it the reason
of court temperature or ball pressure?

题请教一下，也许哪位老大明白，帮忙指点一下：
我的问题是，如何让线坚持地久一点、不要那么频繁地断？是再减磅数？ 还是换品牌
？用子母线某种更好的磅数组合？ or 再加磅数？
具体信息：
断的三根线是Luxilon Alu Power 125 （1 根） 和 127 （2 根），其中两次是main/
cross 用同样的线（磅数是60/60一次，58/58 一次）， 第三次是换了根更软的线作
cross （磅数是Main 56/Cross 54)
断的位置都严格一致： 竖线的中间往外数第二根。 断的具体原因很明显： 因为是大
力topspin，竖线移动，被横线象锯子一样，生生的锯断了。在拍子中央区，所有的与
横线相交的地方，竖线上都有一个深深的锯痕。
我以为换根软线作横线会避免锯断现象，结果昨天同样断掉，同样的锯痕。 傻眼了。
目前我想用同样的子母线组合，磅数降到52/50 －－ 但想了想，这点儿磅数降低不会
减缓“拉锯”现象的，所以来求教一下。是不是把磅数上高（比如62）反而更不容易断
呢？
