一、SHORT SALE
当房主已经或快要付不起房屋按揭（MORTGAGE），但房子的市场价值已经低于房屋贷款
的数额的时候，房主可以要求做SHORT SALE。卖房款将全部归还给银行，银行同意不再
追讨缺额部分。
SHORT SALE可分为以下三种：
1，POTENTIAL SHORT SALE：银行并不知道房屋要被SHORT SALE。
2，PRE-APPROVED SHORT SALE：银行已经同意房屋被SHORT SALE，但没有批准价格。
3，APPROVED SHORT SALE：银行已经同意房屋被SHORT SALE，并已经指定价格。
