第一，抛去短暂的charismatic
authority不说，绝大多数历史时期的authority都是traditional authority与legal
rational authority的混合，所不同的是哪一种成分居多。譬如上面那个路易十四的例子
。韦伯对rational legal authority的定义依赖于legitimacy的定义，但是legitimacy的
定义也是随着历史发展而发展的，并不是固定不变的。（historicism?)

上次听NPR辩论，全民医保后，资源不够，要ration。 像加拿大样，大于一定年龄，就
不再积极治疗。一反对的举例她母亲，75岁肠癌，加拿大要等半年，最后死了。但多数
人赞成ration， 因为治疗年轻人，社会效益更高。

时间过得真快，屈指一算，从我第一次听到OCEF这个名字到现在自己成为OCEF的一员已
经过去5年了。可以说第一次接触OCEF的我是一个旁观者，只是以一个看客的身份体验
受助者的不幸与无助。当我以工作人员的身份参与到这项工作当中去的时候，我发现光
凭借热情和感情是无法做好这项工作的。对于被资助者，OCEF有自己一套完整的标准和
依据，可以让我们更客观也更理性的去对待每一个提出申请的学生，正因为有了这样的
标准，我们在面对种种问题时就有了统一的标准，在不能全面兼顾的前提下，可以公平
公正的去选择更需要帮助的孩子。
转眼之间，我自己从事协调员工作已经2年多了，从第一次的震撼和激动，到现在的理
性和客观，OCEF教会了我该怎样去理解慈善公益事业。帮助他人，是我们今天在做的事
情。让爱传递，我想就是他们明天要做的事情。

所有的job，到最后都是sales job。你要把你的成绩推销给你的老板，让it相信花你的

我并不是说我完全不考虑Aston Martin，但是V12 Vantage S毕竟号称Aston Martin性
能最好的跑车，而不是GT
作为跑车，首先要有性能。你可以说我并不能发挥多少性能，没错，所以即使我有这钱
可能也不会买这样的车
但如果买，那我肯定要求它具有这样的性能，这是我肯花$200k买个谈不上什么实用性
的跑车的前提条件
而V12 Vantage S尽管是这方面做得最好的Aston Martin（当然，除去One-77），但横
比就完全劣势了……
当然，除了性能可能有人会说拉风才是最重要的……也可以这么说，但这样说的话买个
中置跑车不是更拉风？
说实话，在Aston Martin的各产品线里，Vantage现在是最老的了，外形明显有些dated了

天朝的case很特别，因为土地供给量完全由政府决定，所以可以看成一种特殊的
monopoly。高地价产生的高房价也就是monopoly pricing的顺延，如果能无限期控制供
给并在市场造成这样一种期望，那么这就是一个rational equilibrium，那么地产的定
价也就不存在泡沫，因为definition都不apply。
不过如果认为高房价是由于过度需求造成的，那就相当于站在了镜子的另一面来理解这

中国人口老龄化本来就加剧，同性婚姻将加剧这种老龄化——因为这种婚姻无法产生后
代——同时通奸和婚外生育等违背社会道德的事件也会大量增加。
更危险的，是流浪在中国的大批老黑和东南亚猴子，可能会跟中国的伪娘结婚，在爆菊

今年七月廿七日，香港電台二百多名員工發起遊行，抗議政府拖延處理公共廣播服務
檢討，令港台不能正常運作。政府的商務及經濟發展局發言人則在同一天回應說：「公
共廣播服務的檢討工作仍在進行中，這是我們優先處理的事項之一。當研究工作完成後
，政府會公佈結果，並讓公眾及港台員工共同制訂公共廣播服務的未來路向。」此事再
次引起大家對港台命運的關注，及對政府的動向 (或沒有動向) 和動機惹來猜測。
之後有報刊的評論指出，現時港台正處於被「陰乾」的狀態，員工士氣低落，人才

打假专家方舟子自己也曾屡次受到“抄袭”等质疑。上周，美国密歇根州立大学生
物学教授罗伯特·伯恩斯坦发表了一封致方舟子的公开信，让这一事件再次升温。
在公开信中，伯恩斯坦教授指责方舟子的《科学是什么》引文抄袭了他的《论界定
科学理论》一文有关内容，并且要求方舟子就此事致歉。
昨日（8月8日），方舟子针对此事接受《每日经济新闻》采访时否认了抄袭的指控
，称在引述时曾注明信息来源，并非剽窃。
方舟子称原作者被误导
今年3月份，方舟子陷入了剽窃风波。指责者称他的《科学是什么》一文在很大程
度上是伯恩斯坦著作有关内容的中文翻译，不仅大量引用相关内容，且很多论点的结构
