for the sake of innovation. I agree Windows is a great
innovation, but what about the transition from Win7 to Win8?
For we desktop users, it is just like forcing left-hand-writing

Why do you think government can spend productively? You are assuming
lots things that are not so. Government always ends up being the most
irresponsible spender b/c they are not spending own money.
Private sectors spend their money better b/c they have the incentives
to do so. They earn that money so they know it's not easy. They know
there's risk to lose it if they don't spend it right. That incentive
forces the private sectors to act more rationale than government.

就是例子。买入带分红的低p/e股就是了,GSBAC大牛告诫大家无数次了。有些人偏偏不
爱听，非要去用那些陌生的pick, 似乎pick越是没听到过的，赚钱几率越大。呵呵，有
什么rationale吗？
还有，有人也许会认为俺老把关于那几个泡沫股要暴跌贴子顶上来很无聊，觉得俺蝌蚪
没有通过作空它们赚钱。其实俺最大的收获是通过识别图形，避免买入它们，没有在上
面损失钱。所以，俺不以为这种提醒贴是对股版无益的。另外，俺从不玩中丐，也回避
了上周暴跌。
因为俺自认手脚不快，没有在高点逃顶的本事。
最后，小蝌蚪在股版高调发贴喊买65的twtr, 55的C, 54的DB, 也不见他总结失败，更
不见他叫亏。俺不说他庄托吧，至少是口交，动机暂时无法判断。俺跟PNPY私下并没有
过结。只是对他高频率不负责任的乱喊不以为然。他每次不光上图，还配上几个箭头，
让人觉得很专业，可惜结论经常是反的。其实，类似的技量在经常在yahoo market
pulse上出现，有几个ID会取个很专业的名字，然个上图加箭头，箭头还是带方向的，
