like his work. Macosko also touched that a little bit. White JL is still
active in this field, but you have to pay him if you really want to work in
his group(kidding). I believe NJIT is still doing a lot on that. However, only
one guy impressed me on reactive extrusion in recent years, and he is a
Chinese in France now. His name is HU GUO-HUA.
Actually French people are transfering this technology to a state of art. I |

发帖数: 2407 | 22 作为demo足够，如果后台本来就是R，开发最快。
限制是：
1. UI方面基本够用，但你要是要求高，肯定有不太够用的时候。绝大多数情况是够用
的。
2. 后台方面，R本身是单线程的，所以多个用户同时访问一个shiny程序，是轮换提供
服务，一个用户的操作可能阻塞另一个用户。你用shinyapps.io，或者自己架server可
以设置多个worker，一个最少200M内存，worker主要受限于内存和cpu，所以这方面的
scale上限不高。
但是反过来，还是快，因为后台是R，前端给你包装的足够好了，用R写起来还是挺快的
。reactive是主要的难点，需要适应，适应后也可以。
对比一下其他方案，js牵扯的东西太多了，用shiny简化了很多。要用好shiny，html和
css还是需要了解，但是用起来比较简单。
还有就是R包装其他库很方便，有htmlwidget的存在，基本上任何js库都可以比较容易
地包装成R的package，这方面选择很多，leaflet，不少js visualization的库都有现
成的可以用。 |

从invitrogen买的6-carboxy-DCF, 为了确保这个chemical的确能够检测到ROS，首先用
H2O2做了satndard curve：不加DCF,tumor cell有微弱的auto-fluorescence；加DCF的
样品，mean fluorescence intensity（MFI）与H2O2 concentration（0，10，50，100
，500，1000 micro-molar）成线性关系；H2O2 concentration为0的时候，tumor cell
也有较高的endogenous ROS level。整个过程中，对于同一个cell line, FACS的
instrument setting和gating都是一致的。通过这个实验，我觉得比较有把握这个DCF
应该是work了。
然后我给tumor cell不同的treatment和stress，24-72hr,然后用DCF检测细胞内的ROS

Geochemist`s Workbench,模拟其化学反应，自己淅淅嗦嗦的摸着做而已。
PHAST，到没有涉及过，对于reactive transport modeling，一直兴趣很浓，苦于身边
没有人教诶。希望以后往那里靠了。
图像处理，就是用Image J,处理一些prb材料的图片，总结一些量上的视觉变化。

for him but it seems most of top schools in polymer do not

先区分是不是reactive
reactive最快最有效率，来一个就处理一个
vert.x的是rxjava，天生就是reactive
akka和storm需要通过插件来改成reactive
flink的streaming目前是window&trigger，并不是reactive的
也不是最快的，但是比spark的microbatch要强一点点
跟不改reactive的storm类似
spark的是microbatch
如果要做成reactive的话
第一步改成getSeed.subscribe(datasource)
然后datasource.publish之后，就自动启动这一套逻辑
akka就可以publish，vert.x就可以subscribe akka |

10年了，不知道还有没有效，就跑去抽血检查。
然后报告出来，只检查了两项，HBs Antigen 是non-reactive， HBs antibody 是
reactive 676 mlu/ml。医生解释说表明抗体正常有效，不用再打。因为这个同事去之
前问过我，我跟他说乙肝有5项，好像挺复杂。他就问医生为什么只有两项，医生说先
查这两项，如果HBs Antigen是non-reactive，就不用查别的了，只有HBs Antigen是
reactive，才表示有问题，需要进一步检查别的。
我想问问，这个解释对么？怎么国内的时候一查乙肝就都是两对半一起查了。而且我看
见有些网站上列出来的5项指标的阳性阴性排列组合一大堆，其中也包括一些HBs
antigen是阴性但其他的是阳性。谁比较明白的来说说？ |

都lock free了，死锁什么哟？
都用这么久，遇到过搞不定高阶函数的
还真没遇到过死锁的
vert.x一直就是reactive programming
正是在实践中遇到了问题
所以我们才会寻找答案
而现在说的coroutine
正是我们找到的答案
之前搞reactive programming
最大的麻烦就是普通程序猿掌握不了高阶函数的使用
map, flatmap，副作用，绕晕了，搞不定我去
后来情愿换成kotlin，coroutine白菜化异步api
然后就ok啦
还是那句话，你们没有经验，看不懂
我当然知道高阶函数，reactive是一种解决方案
但是很麻烦，一般程序猿搞不定
思维上的改造不是那么容易的
这就是为什么一大堆语言都在搞coroutine/async/await的主因
fp那些，主流不感兴趣，因为搞不懂嘛
没有coroutine之前，我们推广reactive，多恶心你知道嘛？
一说副作用，无状态函数，fp下面一大堆人在睡觉，哈欠连天

What I know is reactive hypoglycemia could be a sign of prediabetes. The
definition for reactive hypoglycemia is controversial: postprandial 2-3 hrs
vs 4 hrs after. There is also a concept of reactive hyperglycemia, so called
somogyi response. In my patient's case, could she just have reactive
hypoglycemia followed by somogyi? This could explain her labile clinical
symptoms of hypoglycemia/hyperglycemia, a prediabetic condition.

深吸一口气停4、5秒再深吸一口气，如此反复5、6次突然呼吸心跳全部感觉不到，父母
立即开车送福州南京军区总医院，路上时间30分钟，母亲车上不停做心外按压并人工呼
吸，送医院医生确定呼吸心跳全无，经抢救，小孩有非常微弱呼吸，医生持续抢救近一
小时，并两次心外电击除颤8点21分左右恢复心跳及自主呼吸。进入重症监护室上呼吸
机，之后发生抽筋，发高烧40．7度高烧，经治疗稳定下来。第一天大概使用安定及营
养和保护神经脏器类药物，心跳200多次每分钟，但血氧达100%，呼吸稳定。白细胞，C
反应蛋白，肾肌酐正常范围，尿素氮稍高9．02。小孩所有反射反应都有，对母亲呼唤
有反应。晚上挂了5瓶丙种球蛋白。第二天体温大致在38－39度之间，没有抽筋但肌张
力强，瞳孔对光反应尚好，两眼瞳孔略扩大，使用药物基本同第一天。第三天即19号丙
种球蛋白停用，凌晨四点体温降至37度6，全天体温基本保持37度至38度间，血压基本
