reset和readout，CMOS的reset和readout time 都是有限的，不是无限小。这两个时间
就是制约全电子快门也没法做到无限高速的连拍的原因。
V3那块18万像素的1寸CMOS 的readout 一共是1/60s 左右，所以V3才能做到60fps的效
果，上面Ranma提到三娘做到了240fps就是因为三娘找到了缩短readout的方法。所以除
非Olympus能找到超高速的readout方法，否则无法做到1/500完成对一块16万像素的
CMOS执行8次光电转换。

图, eshutter和机械shutter的区别, 我得凑近了100%仔细看才勉勉强强看出来. 你老"
一目了然，不用戴眼睛". 所以我对于你用的"很明显"这样的形容词不知道怎么衡量..
. 按你的说法个个镜头各种快门速度都不同程度发糊, 这个真不是shutter shock.
GM1的DR限制算是个妥协. 为了减小体积, 简化了机械快门, 在电子快门下为了提高
readout时间(1/25s), 限制到了10bit. GX7电子快门的妥协是用较慢的readout来读
12bit, 对DR没有影响, readout是1/15s, 比以前的1/10s也有提高.
电子快门要追上机械快门会很快的, 1系列完全用电子快门, readout是1/60s. 实际上
机械快门也受rolling shutter speed的限制, 电子快门做出global shutter就超越机
械快门了

As for the control, we have a paralled transfection with GFP plasmid, whose
expression is low while positive.
Renilla readouts are 2~4，evan using different amount of plasmid, which is
almost same as the blank(就是96孔板上啥也没有的wells).
Luciferase readouts are 8~12( expected as negative).
We just had another experiment: luciferase readouts ~60, expected as
positive while Renilla readouts 8~11.
Not sure whether I expressed myself clearly or not.

, 各个论坛上也没看到
shutter shock是在1/50-1/100附近产生的,记得以前pentax某些机型也有, 如果你在其
他快门速度也看见了shutter shock, 那只能说明你看见的不是shutter shock, 而是电
子快门相对于机械快门的分辨率优势. 比如我上个帖子的附图. 如果有条件, 可以找
一个同时有第一电子门帘, 机械快门和电子快门的相机. 然后开启第一电子门帘+机械
快门和电子快门比一下分辨率. 我估计, 区别和我上个帖子的附图一样. 也就是:机械
快门->震动->影响分辨率
电子快门不是workaround, 是注定要全面代替机械快门的. 要解决的就是readout的速
度. 1系列的readout的速度是1/60s(大概). 就已经非常实用了. 等实现了global
shutter,就彻底淘汰机械快门了.
目前gx7的电子快门已经能满足我95%以上要求, (btw, 不知道前面你说的电子快门ISO

要求的pixel更多.

1，本来cell line screen这个领域真正的发展也没几年，其实严格来说从前几年viral
vector library建成了才算开始，90年代几个group做的screen，没有引入RNAi，不能
算。所以不能拿一个成熟的领域和一个刚开始的技术去比较。worm里面的很多screen方
法，也是经过十几年不断发展的，如果用70年代的那些手段，很快就没什么可以做的了。
2，回答的问题完全不同，也不能拿来和fly，worm做比较。在worm，fly里面有很多问
题，设计readout也非常费劲，做screen都如此。只不过不能田忌赛马式的比较，如果
去看分子的一些变化，fly，worm都不容易设计readout，但cell line就很有优势，当
然image技术还要发展。如果拿in vivo behavior来说，当然cell line没有优势了。理
论上细胞的每个行为都可以被screen，只是因为不能借助肉眼，所以对图像记录和处理
的要求就高了。
3，噪音问题，其实回到第一点，是因为这个方向太新了，很多技术才刚开始develop，

而且，退一步来说，即使最后被发现是通过对pathway A 的作用来间接的影响到pathway B，应该也是一个很有意思的结果啊，因为大家都不知道这个pathway B具体是如何调控的。

They are great for prototyping work. If you one day want to add digital
readout, make sure the mechine has that option. Grizzly 0463 (I used to have

经验都倾囊相授给版上的同学们了。希望对大家有帮助！
step3成绩只在平均分上下，复习时间3周+3周，期间相隔差不多半年，目标是pass即可
，所以没有花太多时间精力，考经相对前几篇会比较简短。3月份出match结果以后，忙
着找房子，理东西，辞职，跨州搬家，找幼儿园，办license等等。真是一个复杂繁琐
无比的过程。终于5月底左右落定新城市，买了一个月的UW，花了差不多3周时间做完，
期间有做笔记，距离CK已经过去一年多，差不多都忘光了，正确率65%-70%。感觉
很多题目和CK很像，所以CK考完立刻一口气考3应该会节省很多时间。3周做完MCQ题库
residency就开始了，这时候CCS完全没碰过，但是听人说CCS只需要1周时间准备，所以
比较掉以轻心。
residency我的排班考step3前都比较忙，除了一个elective，其余是2个floor和一个
ICU。要说residency对3有多大效果倒说不上，毕竟一考试和临床很多不一样，二考试

科学从来没有要求理论实践完美无缺才能支持。对于一个现象是否值得研究
只有一个标准：是否可以验证。
比如说当年五石同学举过一个例子。放射性发现之前，有人发现一块石头，
有“邪气”，人接触了会生病。中医的解决方法是看见两个家里用过这块石头
的人都死了，因此认定这块石头有邪气。现代科学却不是这样认定的。首先
要认定这个让人生病是否真实可信。这件事情不需要放射性的理论同样可以
验证。考虑保存这块石头的50户人家，和没接触过这块石头的年龄，性别，
经济状况等都相似的50户人家，如果接触的50户人家在20年当中死了18个
人，而没接触过的死了6个。这足以说明二者有显著差异。这说明这块石头确
实有致命的能力。至于原因，不论是邪气还是瘴气，就是个名词而已。但是
这个现象就得到了证明。这块石头最好埋地下。虽然今天知道额外浇点狗
血，撒点马尿并无作用。但是“邪气”是真实存在的。
一个现象是否真实存在是需要验证的，特别是对于这样一个现象的解释，更
加需要从多方面多手段来进行检查。有中医粉认为这东西看不见摸不到，因
