凡是门槛很低的,都是很难的,否则,满街都是agent了。
一个listing, 卖家要面试至少3个agent, 这三个agent 还是他先精心挑选的。

with a brokerage company.
And in order to be able to list/view houses, you will need to get MLS
membership as well.
You also need to rent a supra key to be able to open the doors for yourself
or your clients. |

per months on MLS membership. Startpoint is requesting everyone to enroll

俺,一个没事找事的agent, 大笔一挥,下单63万,谈成65万。
呵呵呵呵!
如果这个人自己做agent, 亏了2.5万。
我不是吹牛,吹自己会讲价的agent 都是傻子。我是以此说明,找agent 有时候还是有
些用的。
当然,这个是个马后炮。如果那个客户自己 67.5万买成了房子,也同样会很高兴的,
毕竟便宜了2万多。
人的一生,没有回头路,能怎么走,就一直走下去。 不需要证明什么,条条大道,通
罗马! 不管什么价钱,只要高兴,就是好价钱。

2。俺还懂interior renovation design & cost因此懂怎样去抛光Curb appeal以及
staging the Luxury house for sale。这个should be able to为客户额外卖高不少钱

如果agent帮助买房客户以一个合理价或更低的价签下买卖之后, 就等着估价员(
Appraiser)和mortgage银行来认可(赞许)这个成交价非常非常给力啦。
贷款银行怕的是什么? 怕的是你买得太高价了,今后一旦房市波动, 房价跌下去许多
许多,就怕你还不起当初这笔loan嘛。那么, 你买得越划算,银行才越高兴。
可是,这个银行的担忧,正好和一些贪婪agent的利益相矛盾。
一旦她们帮客户买得越划算,那么拿到手的commission越少,然后她们就忽悠客户:“房
子没有固定价格,侬心目中觉得它值多少,那就是值多少!”.
我不信这个邪,通常情况下, 感情因素不会占一个房子价格的太大比例。 不然,最近
得诺贝尔经济学奖的人,就是摆乌龙摆了53年, 妙就妙在人家的论点,已经被53年来
的市场给验明正身了。 |

童鞋们很多都住在BALLANTYNE,MATTHEWS, 和PROVIDENCE区,在CHARLOTTE的南部.你说的
MATTHEWS在BALLANTYNE的更南部.然后有一小部分住在CHARLOTTE北部,像DENVER,
HUNTERSVILLE,MOORESVILLE (LAKE NORMAN)区.主要看你们的工作地点.485和
INDEPENDENCE BLVD在RUSH HOUR会比较塞车,然后77号NORTH也会比较拥挤.
BALLANTYNE和MATTHEWS的学区都不错. 附近的中国超市和餐馆多.生活相对比较方便.
LAKE NORMAN 学区也好,只是中国人的东东不多,但风景优美.
最主要是看你的PRIORITIES和生活方式来选择居住区.
