Another thing is once you entered into an abatement with the city, they also
lock in the purchase price. Even if the market falls, the city will not
reassess the property value unless you are willing to break the abatement. |

even if with scholarship). 退税的钱，你就别想了. 投资，这里的房价比较稳定，
也没有什么太多好的机会.
现在allegheny county court order reassess property value, property tax也大涨
. 你买个10万的property, tax is around $200 per month. 如果是condo or
townhouse,每月还有250-450的fee.
加上前面人家提到的买进卖出的手续费和tax,你这样的，比起租房肯定是亏。
如果你有钱喜欢折腾，学习房产投资，当我没说。不过这样的话，也不用去看那个什么
allendale cir的房子, 有钱喜欢折腾的，不会喜欢那里房子的。 |
