ocef账面balance不是还有一百万美元吗？为什么不用到这些没有被认捐的孩子呢？
前年的年度帐目，ocef捐款收入略少于40万美元，支出20多万美元，账面盈余10多万美
元。为什么要每年积累那么多盈余，而让两百人孩子没有学上呢？
我不是质问谁，而是不懂，希望有人能够给于指点。

在我看来，黄宗羲定律，周期律，之类，这些过去的assessment，已经过时了，他们掌
握的资料太少，缺少横向世界性的比较，在纵向，思维也受到严重限制，掌握的资料也
少于当代人。更缺乏许多分析手段和基本意识，比如现代的工程学，科技史，政治学，
经济学，心理学，社会学，古代社会研究，等等。
所以我基本是不认可黄宗羲定律或者周期律的。
没时间详细分析，只说几点：
1）此文把中国历史，从周到清，拉在一个平面上，从中挑出一些点来评论，作为论据
。这么做，有道理么？ 这么做的前提就是这么长历史只是简单重复，而这个又是文章
的结论之一，所以论文已经是把结论作为前提了。
我认为，从周到清，每个时代都面临不同的挑战，不同的内部和外部环境。把它们看作
简单周期，太不合理了。这和《封神榜》还有古代小说里面，每个朝代都是一个模式，
商朝和清朝没有区别一样，所有失败都是因为皇帝“荒淫，昏庸”，可笑的简单化。
