receipt要多得多。你要保留receipt根本就用不着去查status，那是神医的责任。护士
只需要把drop off receipt往平常装各种receipt的信封里一放就行了，没事不用看，
几年都不用碰，到时候直接receycle。

从二手版买了staples的receipt，但是多次尝试之后都没有成功，实在是不知道哪里出
了问题，来问一问。以前也买过receipt，很容易就成功了。
据说，网上提交add purchase，一般都没有回应，需要打电话。
staples加receipt，应该是打这个电话吧：800-793-3320
然后按4，就可以自动加receipt了。
问题：需要用staples帐号里面注册的电话来打吗？假设用别的电话，打电话的那个电
话号
码又注册了另外的staples帐号，有关系吗？
打了电话之后说需要过48小时，然后没出来。再过2天，就继续打这个电话。
按9，可以跟representative说话。确认信息后，说帮我把小票信息输入了。又说等48
小时，但继续没消息。
如此重复了2个星期，每次问representative，为啥不行，他都只是说，我帮你add
receipt了，confirm了之后48小时内会出现。
但还是没看到。难道是看出来我不是自己的purchase?小票的地址和我reward帐号的地
址完全不在一个地方。我有一次还画蛇添足的解释说，当时出门在... 阅读全帖 |
