了……另外公司重新开一个hire的手续要挺长时间的，要是EAD过期的时候terminate
hiring,等收到纸质receipt再建一个hiring职位，感觉时间不够啊

number，并同时告知7-10个工作日会收到纸质的email，一直到感恩节我也没收到纸质
receipt，今天登陆USCIS网站用receipt number查状态时状态只显示case was
received，并说如果11/13/2015还没有收到纸质receipt请电话告知USCIS，请问我需要

后来律师给了我case号码，网上也能查状态是pending，说receipt notice已经mail了。
可是485的receipt 律师很快就收到了，至今140的receipt notice 都没有收到
律师说可能寄丢了，让我relax.
怎么都觉得不太放心，不知道有没有人遇到同样的情况，
怎么能联系TSC让他们再给我邮寄一个receipt notice 可以么？ |

之后的I-797
receipt #和原来的I-797 receipt #是不是同一个。我现在需要预约国内的H1B签证，
但是预约的
时候需要告诉对方I-797的receipt #。如果是一个#，那我现在就可以预约了。不用等
到extension
approval之后。

hardcopy还没有收到。想抓紧时
间file485，不知道可不可以先把材料都寄过去，等140 receipt到了之后再给他们寄过
去要求link。
另外一个想到的方法是把我收到的USCIS的email notice打印出来（里面也有receipt
number）附在我的485申请
package里代替真正的140 receipt。不知道这两种办法行不行啊？

supporting materials寄到了以后，uscis还会额外一份notice 证明收到了我的申请材
料。所以拿到手里应该有两份notice receipt，
请问，是这样吗？在uscis的网站上大概找了一下，没有找到明确的说法，手里也只有

但是不知道i140得状态？

After Infopass, I called the USCIS, and was told that my 485 receipt number
matches with my wife's name, and my name matches with my wife's 485 receipt
number. It is totally different from our 485 receipt notices.

上个月刚寄出的I-485申请，之前我收到了I-485的receipt notice，但是I-131和I-765
的receipt notice一直没收到，最近才查到是被退回USCIS了，说是could not
delivery（很明显这个不是地址错误的问题，因为我485的notice收到了）。后来我按
指纹的notice也没收到，但是我律师收到了，所以我就拿着复印的notice去walk in按
了指纹。
但是问题是，我现在每次在USCIS的mycasestatus网页输入receipt number查询131和
765的进展的时候，上面的状态还一直是显示的notice没deliver，然后是“This could
have a serious effect on your case. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to
request a copy of the notice immediately. ”难道不request一个re-delivery这

8月10日收到 485 的纸质 receipt notice
上面 priority date 空白，date received 写 7月29日。
I-140 在 8月5日批准，
notice 上面 Priority/receipt date 写 8月1日，吓了俺一跳，
但好在485已经收了，倒也罢了。
不过 AP 和 EAD 的 receipt notice 迟迟不来，也没有短信/email，
看到版上都是一下收 3 个 notice （485，131，765）。
请问有类似情况的吗？还是我再耐心等等？
AP 和 EAD 需要等 I-140 批了才发 receipt notice 吗？

是MSC,并且让我把supporting documents寄到如下地址.如果我回答第一个问题时选了"
USCIS Texas Service Center",会不会receipt number的头三位就是SRC呢?还是说只要
是e-file I-131,receipt number的头三位就是MSC?

样的。
然后老公周三收到了三份receipt notice，但是我的一份也没有到。
今天打电话去问，说既然已经email通知了，就有可能不会再发receipt notice了。不
发duplicate receipt notice。

移民局发的所有通知，receipt notice, approval notice, fingerprint notice等等
，全都叫I-797
你说的那个号码实际上是I-129申请的receipt number |
