第三天的测试结果和第二天差不多。
医生认为大花应该不会恢复了。
而且IBD的药物会让大花的免疫系统功能更差。
Hyperthyroid的药物会让大花肾脏的代谢和解毒功能更差。
两种病的治疗，和肾病的治疗是相悖的。
大约就是这样了吧。。。
我们带大花回家过两天。
然后就联系安乐和活化了。。。
刚才大花跳下床，从卧室走到客厅和洗手间巡视了一下。
一路歪歪扭扭的。终于瘫倒在客厅中间。。。
给他喂了些水。
他记得家里的水盆，大口大口的喝了很久。
现在在最喜欢的沙发的那个spot闭目养神了。。。
医院给的instruction还说。
如果接下来的两天还有improvement，recheck。。。
总是在希望和不舍得之间过每一天。。。 |

发帖数: 270 | 2 我家喵喵几个星期前开始皮肤痒，主要是头部，挠头和摇头都比正常频繁甚至挠破了前
额和耳后一小快皮。刚开始两边眼睛和耳朵之间有红色rashes。带去看了Vet，做了很
多检查，排除了ear mites, flea, bacterial infection and fungal infection (
ringworm).可是皮肤痒还是不见好，现在为了防止她抓伤自己，不能看着的时候只好带
e-collar.心疼死我了。现在红色的rashes没有了，但是看到很多密集的褐色小点点，
用棉签能擦下黄褐色的东西。她吃饭什么的都正常，就是痒。。。
这周末又要recheck了，下次应该要看皮肤专科医生了
对了，她饮食，猫砂都没变过，家里也没什么变化最近，想不出来会是过敏。。
Vet要打steroid,可是我担心那个太伤肝伤肾了
大家有什么经验的麻烦帮忙告知一下，谢谢了！真希望她快点好起来啊！ |

我觉得我们好象对有些基本概念的理解不一样。我理解的低血糖，是按小于70来定的，
看你的意思，好像100就算低血糖了？
我们这儿DIABETIC KETOACIDOSIS 时候insulin Infusion Protocol，是血糖小于70，
就暂时不给胰岛素阿。GOOLGLE到几个医院的DIABETIC KETOACIDOSIS Protocol，都是
同样，有的甚至更保守，就譬如Ball Memorial Hospital in OHIO:

不像ＳＴＥＰ１，总体感觉与ＵＷ的出题方式不同。怎么不同说不清楚，只是感觉。考
的知识点很广，ＵＷ覆盖面占６０％左右。难易程度不会在各block中均匀分散，有的
block可能会很难，对此应有所心里准备，否则会很受影响。有很多白菜题，有的反复
考，所以基本概念要扎实，以免白丢分。不sure的题的不要mark太多，否则recheck不
完。

白班在 1500 给我交班时已给了5 bags(total 50meq KCL), 并嘱咐我给完第6袋后再
查K, 1600 就不要查了, 如果没有给完的话.
等我接完班, check chart and MAR, 一切routine 都做完并处理了两件较急的事情后
去给那个病人第6袋KCL 已是1620. 我边挂bag边给病人和他妻子讲这袋输完后要再查一
次K. 病人妻子告诉我刚才有人已来抽了血了. 我感到意外, 随即意识到是白班忘了告
诉clerk 取消1600 lab draw, 因为整个order(60meq) 还没有执行完．病人被白抽了血
，我感到很内疚，但不能在病人和家属面前表现出big deal的样子， 只能轻轻地说了
一句，没关系, 这袋完了再查一次. 还好,病人家属比较nice, 没有说什么（病人是
confused). 后来结果出来 K 升到3.8.

correct is that we usually us stool osm > 125 for cut off of osmotic
diarrhea and < 50 for secretory diarrhea. In between values are none-

I only have 1 follicle with my first clomid IUI on day11. I failed the first
one.
I am doing my 2nd cycle with clomid now. but on day11, only one (size 9) on
one side and another one (size8) on another side. I was very upset. The
doctor told me to wait for 3days and recheck again.
Obviously I did not react well to clomid.
