I guess it's the reality to loose Olympic bid. More than $5B unpaid bills
from Ill state for the single year, hoho.
Another shitty thing about Ill: it's a re-course state.
If I were in CA/AZ/FL.... those non recourse states, I just stop
paying mortgage. Basically it's renting-free for 1/2/3/4 years until
a stupid bank kicks me out and ruin my credit score. I don't care with cash
on hands.

When you can see the source code, you can mitigate the risk of software
defects. Consider the opposite: if you use someone else's closed-source
software, you are at that vendor's mercy to have your bugs fixed. The vendor

. There was a reason that she was angry and found out why.
Also, you will not be able to get any magic advice on this board to solve
this problem. If you want to pursue legal recourse, retain a NJ licensed
lawyer and pay probably anywhere from $200 (for a letter to your landlord)
to several thousands (or more) for a prolonged legal battle.

a lawyer, frankly I doubt if I really can or even want to understand the
legal intricacies, but what's your take on that? What recourse does Pfizer
have? Is it feasible for Pfizer to appeal to the Supreme Court given there
is not much life left for the patent anyway?
