1月29日，一个老美问了一个简单的问题和一个DFS，很快搞定，但是DFS有个bug，他放

1月30日，收到邮件说过了，约了第二次Phone call
1月31日，第二个电话面试时一个国人哥哥，两个问题
2月5日，收到反馈说让我去硅谷onsite，可是这是已经春节，我已经回老家了，无法办
签证
2月14日，改主意了，说让我去海德拉巴，我说我英语不好，怕听不懂印度英语，他说
他们从总部派人去印度面试
2月25日，又改主意，说还是让我去硅谷，发了邀请函，赶紧去预约面签

课,让他做PROJECT. 今天有个RECRUTER给我EMAIL了一些工作机会,我一看似乎是我们公
司在招CONTRACTOR. 因为我和HM不熟,想想我们老板在这里呆的时间长,跟这个HＭ认识
，就想让老板帮我打听一下.结果他就说他不清楚我ＬＧ的ＳＫＩＬＬ 如何，什么工
资会低一些，等等．我听了就说只不过想托他问一问他们招不招ENTRY-LEVEL的人．如
果不招，我们根本不会试．如果要招，我和我的朋友难道不会ＴＲＡＩＮ他末．
说着说着我就觉得很难过，想想我一直不习惯求人帮忙，第一次为ＬＧ的事让老板问一
下，他还没明白就准备拒绝．自己一个人郁闷着，想找朋友打电话诉一下苦，结果还不
在．就更加郁闷了，我生孩子太早，有了孩子后，没有多少时间和中学的闺蜜联络感情

technique. Talk to your friend about how many phds with backgrounds like
her got McKinsey, or even just a so-so job.
Btw, is McKinsey the right place for a finance phd? |

只见了recruting manager和需要招人的那组的partner，一共也就四五十分钟，感觉不
是很热情，估计是挂了。
Recruiting manager问的问题有：
1. 5-year plan
2. 工作中遇到过obstacle么，咋处理的
3. Why this firm?
4. Why should we hire you, if we have candidates with similar backgrounds?
Partner的问题：
1. Why patent law?
2. Experience in medical devices, particularly image processing in CT/PET/X-
ray, etc.
3. How did you prepare the patent bar exam?
4. How's your writing?
5. Do you feel comfortable to communicate with inventors?

在德洲象我这样没有经验外籍护士能否找到合适的工作,但也不愿意跟劳工分开太远,我
觉得自己不属于很坚强和独立的人.
我到底该怎么办呢?最近心里比较矛盾.

LB人手貌似也不少，P去年也老了一个据说是最好的P，估计CB和s会继续招点人，不过貌
似No1 defence已经commit了，如果能够顺利拿下，那么s上也解决了。 |
