通人眼里一眼看过去都是狗屁不通错字满篇，逻辑混乱，什么不写GPA的，不写skill的
，project不分段写的。
更可笑的是什么工作经历都没有的还把学校和skill放到最后的，您慢慢投吧。 而且所
有简历都只有一页，真是想不通，为什么只写一页？您上了这么多年学就干了这点事？
国人真该好好跟阿三学学怎么写简历。
每次recruter 递上来的简历清一色的阿三，清一色的五六页，别的组还收到过一封11
页的简历。哎，差距真是大 |

linkedin岗位好，公司的文化可能更年轻更有冲劲，成长空间大；但现在大家对它整个
公司的前景有点悲观，特别是被软软收购以后；另外去h1b salary查公司的话，整体比
FGAU肯定低一下，竟然有staff给13W base的 |

和recruter谈的时候说了薪水，医疗保险，退休金401k等等
但是offer上compansation package只说了薪水，虽然提到了公司会provide benefit option，工作第一天的时候会选择fringe benefit, 但是附件里的说明似乎要自己花钱。
请问这些应该在offer里明确说明吗？
我看精华区里说有公司会提供医疗保险不需要员工出钱，401k会match x%。这些情况应该要求对方在offer上写清楚吗？
还有如果以后申请h1b的工资要求，我在网上查到这个职位level I 到level IV的薪水范围。我是phd应该适用于哪个level呢？
这个公司还蛮大的

大概前后一年多的时间, 另一家大公司U把A买下.后来U又把B也买下.现在A和B 已经成
为同一个公司的不同分部，统一的名字已经批准，已经用同一个名字。
近来，我在找下一个工作. 我的公司 RECRUITER 把我的简历投到B公司了.是PERMANENT
位置。现在所有的面试都过了,B打算OFFER。
我的RECRUITER本以为A和B已经完全是一个公司了，不会影响绿卡.但是，当B公司问是
否需要转H1B时,有关部门的回答却是,YES。因为,统一后的公司的公共的 TAXＩＤ Ｎ
ＵＭＢＥＲ，虽然已经批准了，但真正下来，还需要 Ａ ＦＥＷ ＷＥＥＫＳ。A和B
到目前还用各自的TＡＸ ＩＤ ＮＵＭＢＥＲ。
我如果转H１Ｂ， 会影响PＥＲＭ吗？
Ａ公司有关人员说,不影响.因为,绿卡是为Ｆutere Ｅmployee。不存在Ａ公司故意给
我捣乱，REVOKE，的问题。因为是A公司的recruter 帮我投的简历，当时就是认为是一
家公司了，相当于内部的位置了. 但我非常担心。

Notre Dame 挺强的，常规赛季两胜top 10的 Pittsburg.
进季后赛状态又好。duke 能赢不容易。说实话Duke这
场打得一般，top 3 guns--- Boozer, JW, Dunlevey
全部partially哑火，靠freshman Ewing NB才过关。
不过从中看到了Duke明年的希望，没有boozer 和Williams,
一样能赢球。加上一个全国前三的recruting class, 应该
还能dominate ACC.
Cincy终归还只是conference USA出来的对，教练也有问题，
所以这么多年一高种子身份进来几乎都死在第二轮了。UCLA
去年进前十六跟Duke苦战的主力全在，实力本来就强，赢球
不以外。下场对今年情形很象的Missouri,一定好看。
NC State输球比较郁闷，偶还是希望ACC赢的。不过这样也好，
.5在单位的poll保持第二，有希望赢钱了。呵呵。 |
