functionality of a product. If it has something that can't be achieve by
another product (category), then it is a create. Referring to your examples
: a car is not a redesign of a train because a train can't run without
tracks. A Ferrari is a re-design of another car because there is no major
function difference between them.
Taking away the Apple's brand, can you deny the following are true?

从新refactor一下。 主动对程序，设计提出建议和自己进行修改，refactor,
redesign 的都是同组的美国人. 很多美国人，你给他一个程序让他维护，1，2个月以
后，你会发现他主动修改，重新设计过很多东西，让程序变得更robust, extendible.
你把一个程序让一老中接受，很多情况下他就最多修改一下不得不修的bug，不会认真
去看源代码，消化. 半年以后这个程序的源代码没改过。你逼这他改了，他稍微动一动。
反正总体感觉，做技术的，老美普遍比老中敬业。当然很不负责任的人不是老中，
老中大部分没有非常不负责任，但是也很少工作态度很主动的，就是大部分人‘混饭吃
’，‘只求无过不求有功’。
所以底层码工老中不少，但是一个也升不上去。我不是说管理层的，就是技术大牛，比

manufacturing process at CAC was redesigned with that in mind. Plus,
foreign military can't really be pushed around because of "relations". So
the only way for CAC to get their products accepted was to actually make a
good product.
SAC didn't have this requirement, thus everything was the old way of doing
