夏天搬家到丹佛，这阵子在看房子租。
基本情况：两人都在downtown工作（LD在UC Denver)，两个娃，打算一个送day care，
一个找保姆。
看了downtown的房子，2室的基本都要2000多。沿着轻轨的线路上找，觉得littleton不
错。交通方便，学校也好。2室3室的townhouse也不很贵。
大家看看有没有别的区域可选择。不知道DTC附近的情况如何？多谢啦。

or, from another perspective, assume 4% annual growth rate, which implies 1.04 ^ 90 = 34.
if also assume the population in the south has reached the equilibrium (thus
constant). 20 to 30 times difference is certain a magnitude.
