废话还没说完。前几天一腔热情，觉得要把学习心得写出来。等到要写了，再找一下网
上的权威参考资料。不看则已，一看不禁战战兢兢，要打退堂鼓了。发现自己好多东西
不明白，不清楚，就这个水平写出东西来，还不被人笑话死。现在硬着头皮上，大家拍
砖的时候请手下留情。
先说一下这个program。我相信很多公司都有这个项目，特别外国人比较多，而工作性
质又要求与客户很多交流。当时找工作在第一轮面试的时候，HR就告诉我它们有这个
program。工作后半年review的时候，manager又建议过。然后我就开始这个课程了。老
师是speech therapist, 不过他们称自己为Pathologist（即不清是不是这个单词了）
。反正是一样的，只是therapist需要医生referral，这个不需要。上课形式是一对一

or
IBC with Kll=1.0, to calculate the reaction from the oil. Accordingly, the
force from column will use this reduction factor too (not the factor with
400 sq.ft).

face to face的学习，感觉挺好的。和我一起学习的都是non-US born 的medical
staff, 包括Chinese hospitalist.
尽管有人说accent is not a problem, 但是作为医院，总是希望把对病人的各项服务
都做好，让患者满意，所以提供了这样的机会。
今天是第一课， 学到了一点东西罗列如下：
1. American English 说出来绝大多数是降调（疑问句例外），高阶一般多在第一
或第二单词。
2. 医患之间的交流，医生的问句由于多是commanding qs, 用降调，尾音不用上翘。
3. Chinese English 讲出来多是水平形式。发音不全，吞音多，单词之间分隔不好。
4. 语速快，多是因为肌肉没有放松，包括腹肌。

linear的或者用linear来近似，直接按nonlinear研究的不多 |

method，这个没法避免。不过出发点还是non linear的
我觉得比如manifold dimension reduction，LLE，LLC, LTSA，Laplacian等，应该是
出发点就是non linear，但是中间都会用到linear的method |

前一阵过敏严重，很难受，去了一个ENT， 我觉得我有慢性鼻炎， 医生说可能是过敏
， 就叫我用beclomethasone dipropionate， 二丙酸倍氯米松， 一个月用处不是很大
，就 叫我动手术，

这个医生诊断时间非常短， 大概看看， 非常之潦草， 我觉得我的炎症可能是鼻窦的，

如果仅仅是缩小鼻甲， 鼻窦炎症本身没有消除， 是不是治标不治本？
我问了老妈她以前是医生， 她说如果是息肉做没问题，

如果原片不怎么好，可以用参数组合找折衷方案，
我通常sharpen力度不会调太高，把radius调稍高一些，
可以避免过度强调噪声，又会有sharp的视觉感受。
原理是噪声通常比较细小，而我们要强调的线条则比较粗，
空间频率稍有不同。
最后一招，手工局部sharpen，只sharp眼睛嘴角头发等地，
对脸部皮肤，背景等地该光滑的地方就用noise reduction. |

closed reduction。Open reduction是手术切开后在X光下复位，Closed reduction就
是不切开皮肤组织，单靠手法在X光下复位。复位后还要固定，固定也分内固定（Internal
fixation)和外固定(External fixation)。内固定是使用钢板螺钉....，而外固定一般是指
石膏夹板。
实际上对一个5岁的孩子来讲，不管是Closed reduction还是Open reduction，都可说
是手术，也都需要全麻。具体要用那种方法，要看具体情况，只能由她的医生来定。
只不过根据她的X光来看，骨折移位脱位都不明显，不知是否可先试一下Closed
